Some examples:

Not everyone has a humiliation kink. People don't always like to be called "piggy" because not everyone means it in a complimentary way. Not everyone has a sort of bdsm-esque approach to gaining. It's Rude (at minimum) to include anyone- even fat people, even gainers, even people who have expressed interest in that particular flavor of kink in the past- into your kink without their consent.

Don't demean the fat people you are attracted to, and treat them like people with boundaries, desires, and dreams of their own. Have conversations. Be polite, and when they set boundaries respect that.
