Rose Weil is a seamstress and a dressmaker. In spite of her creative mind, she's struggling to make ends meet with her livelihood. One day, a beautiful woman who goes by the name of "Daphne" entered her shop. Daphne has a dress in her mind and commissioned Rose to make it for her. During that little encounter, they became fast friends. Rose was easily charmed by Daphne. They exchanged ideas about how they would make the dress, and Rose learned that Daphne is an aspiring actress and that she will make THE dress for a casting audition for a film to be made by some big names in Hollywood. Daphne is hoping that it would be her big break in her career.

To conclude their conversation, Rose offered that they do the fittings at Daphne's place instead of Daphne going to Rose's shop every few days. And with that, they exchanged each other's information and bid one another a good day.
