I know I said I would be posting more often but being quarantined has taken a toll on my mental health in a way I didn’t expect.

I feel a bit better today, but this last week I felt so overwhelmed by everything and my anxiety got worse. I’ve been having a lot of trouble sleeping. It takes me a long time to fall asleep and when I finally do I wake up every hour. By 6:30 am my brain’s like “nope. no more sleep for you”. 

I haven’t had the motivation or strength to do anything. And the little I have I use it up for work (good thing is I work just for a couple of hours). I only play videogames to disconnect myself from the world and that’s it. That’s all I can do.
