i feel you, I'm sorry you're going through that right now. i can't give you any helpful advice since none of it has properly worked for me so far but i try to distract myself as much as possible with reading or putting on my fave youtube videos or podcasts eps to avoid silence and being alone with my own thoughts. it has gotten better to some degree though. last year i could barely sleep because i was constantly thinking about him and every time i did sleep, i dreamt about him. my brain felt on fire and it caused me headaches and nausea and i was crying every day for hours. i still think about him every day and it still feels unbearable but i now find myself more frequently realizing when i haven't thought about him for 5 minutes or so. hope you'll find something to make yourself feel better, rediscovering childhood interests always works best for me. sending u love and hugs!!
