This was yesterday obviously and I lost 800 grams, I weighed 57.0 kg, today in the morning I weighed 56.2 kg, maybe it is because I lost water weight, BUT, it is still a lose 💀🧚♂️

I can’t remember her handle but I think her name was kayleigh or something similar? she was english, in uni, and had just moved into student housing with her boyfriend who sounded like an aloof dick to me whenever she talked about him. I’m american, I was in trade school, living at my family home, and my boyfriend was also a dick but he was a beautiful beanpole.
she was petite and properly UW with long, straight, black hair (at some point she had it cut very short at a beauty school) while I was fluctuating around bmi 18 and a full head taller, constantly cutting and recoloring my hair. she had the xylophone ribcage, I had the thigh gap. she subsisted on an occasional nibble of rice, I had a stash of fat burners and 3phedr1ne at all times. we were so mismatched but idk out of all my "4n4" friends I ever made, she was the only one that didn’t like… make me think about how sick we were. she didn’t cling to it or romanticize or do meme diets. we wouldn’t really push each other or compare too much, we just vented about life and our 3ds like it was a normal part of it.
yeah I miss her I hope she’s healthy… and maybe if she sees this and remembers me, we can swap some details and catch up but I know it’s a fucking long shot lmao 👉👈

Today was one of my worst days, it started well but everything fucked up when my mom bought KFC for dinner. I HATE my lack of willpower, I could have avoid overeating but I didn't, I just sat and ate over my limit and nos I feel terrible, I really feel like a MONSTER (I'm sorry if this might be offensive, I just want to express how I feel in my own body). Today was a total failure so I have to be better tomorrow. I was thinking about doing a liquid fasting or just fasting, only if I get really hungry and dizzy I can eat something small (less than 500 kcal), tomorrow is my intense workout day so that may help too. I will se ya tomorrow,
