Heyy! It has been a while since I've posted anything. This is important to me, as it relates to a disease I have, so please share if you can.

This ^ is my concept for a Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) community flag. I want to increase visibility on the disease as much as possible, as it is relatively unknown to the public.

To start this, I decided to design us a community flag. Below are the color meanings.

Charcoal Grey (color and meaning borrowed from the disability flag) - mourning for people who have died due to ableist violence, abuse, suicide, and illness

Red - representative of the disease/cysts

Teal Ribbon - the designated color and ribbon for pkd awareness

White - reminder of support from community, loved ones, organ donors, and self resilience

Light Teal - hope for a cure/improving treatment
