Just a reminder that it’s okay to want or need to talk about things. It’s okay to want to talk about things you’ve never talked about, even if you’re not used to opening up.

Miraculous but they’re teenagers and going out to drink every other weekend, they’re in a big, rich friend group so a birthday party at least once a month, they cope with shit in unhealthy ways (Marinette drinks too much at parties, Nino smokes), some get their drivers license, they have mini jobs, they have the ability to understand the situation they’re in with being superheroes and are capable of comprehending the weight of it all, they talk too much and sometimes not enough, they are scared of the future yet so in love with their lives, they make trips and have fun and cry and fall in love and fall out of it and they learn.

What really annoys me about the whole big lie thing is that Adrien would have handled his father being hawkmoth so well, but now Marinette has kind of ruined that with trying to put a better light on him.
