Roulxs Kaard is well known for notoriously lying about his butt size. He claims to have the Bouncinest Bootye in the entire Dark World, but Queen and Tenna don't notice the "bootye", confirming the suspicion that in reality his backside's absolutely flat. That manipulation form his side is deliberate. He's trying to mislead us to distract our attention from the fact that both he and the Knight suffer from the flat ass condition.

The prophecy tells us that very bad things will happen to Tenna. And who has the greatest motive ever to do very bad things to him? Roulxs. He needs to take revenge for the comments on his ass, as his ego is very fragile.
In chapter 2, Roulxs Kaard reveals to us one of his darkest secrets: he's actually a pirate. He has an eye patch, a hat and even an accent of a mighty pirate. You may think that it's just a bit and a meaningless joke, but when you actually look into it, you'll see that this's his truest, most genuine form.
And what does that mean for the Roulxs Kaard- The Roaring Knight theory?... As we all know, there's also somebody else in utdr that's a pirate. He's all green and his full legal name is Wing Dih Gaster.
The pirate Roulxs is one of the most obvious signs that Toby has given us as of yet. The result we get after we multiply the number of Gaster's toenails by all of Hometown Butcher's feathers, subtract Onionsan's tentacles, devide by all of Knights' ass hair and add the number of times Papyrus have already appeard in Deltarune will be the confidence that The Lake is big enough to only accommodate one pirate crew.
This confirms the suspicions that Roulxs works with Gaster and sails with his crew, which has us confronting with the clear fact that a oridinary duke of puzzle wouldn't be invited onto the big W.D.'s ship. Roulxs just has to be someone greater in a disguise. Someone just like The Roaring Knight.
The sound of the Dark Fountain opening is just a slowed up sound of Roulxs Kaard teleporting.
After getting thrown out of his polycule, Roulxs suffers. The sight of a happy three piece party hurts him deeply, as it reminds him of him and his ex-lovers, who discarded him for sake of The Original Starwalker. That's why he decides to drag Kris over to his side and use them to destroy the world - if he can't have his polycule, then nobody will.
Roulxs claims to see his own pre breakup situation reflecting in Kris, and it's him who convinces them that they're going to get discarded by the team. He equips Kris' festival jelousy to explain it as Noelle being the same danger to the polycule as Starwalker was before. Kris believes him, seeing the obvious parallers (such as their and Roulxs' mutual blueness) and that's why they decide to save the polycule by trying to drown Noelle in the Weird Route.
