I think I’m still alive. At least, I hope so… I mean, I’ve lost all sense of time, and have no clue what day it is - never did buy a new calendar - but pretty sure this is the real deal. Furthermore, I feel like getting out of my house for the first time in..weeks? Months?
Let’s see how long this lasts.
I can’t say I’m very pleased with where my life is just now… but I can’t help but look forward to where it’s going.

Alison knew many peaces, she personally thought she was fair at them but there was ONE peace she knew that she could play in her sleep. She didn’t play it often on the streets in fear of people would get sick of it fast, but it was her best and her favorite.
She was going to give it her all.
Alison placed her finger in the strings and placed her bow, she closed her eyes and began to play.

Johnny listened to her play, watching her closely. She seemed to play quite well, from what he could tell anyway. Not that he had much in the way of professional knowledge of violin-playing.
It sounded quite nice, at any rate- he could appreciate good sounding music when it presented itself. "I've never heard that particular piece, but you play it quite well," he said when she had finished playing. It was a slightly melancholy melody, an interesting choice, but he supposed it was fitting for a night like this.
It is only the people who see nothing but the results of their never ending torment, the outcome of the stress they inflict on those who would rather just leave them to their own devices and never deal with them, that feel they have any right to call those unfortunate victims out on it.
And while they go about their daily lives, we are left in the shadows, to hear those words over and over in our heads until we'll do anything to rid ourselves of them.
We're the unfriendly ones? We're the aggressive ones? All we want to do is mind our own business. This blindness is becoming so exhausting, even the places I used to love visiting have become poison to me.
Lost & Not Quite Found - Closed RP with Wonderlandmaniac
Bright green eyes settled on his form as he crossed his arms, stubbornness clearly written in his posture. Alice raised an eyebrow at his actions before his words filtered over to her; barely have caught them. Lips pressed tighter together in irritation as her face followed suit in irritation. She was not amused by his response to the situation to say the least.
Alice barely kept her composure about her as green eyes shifted to the forest behind him; no doubt the wolves were closing in on them. Her eyes trailed back over to him slowly before she cocked her head to the side ever so slightly, “Childish.” She commented in quite the harsh tone.
Taking a few steps back she went to make the leap back over to him the same way she had done before. Landing beside him she turned sharply towards him hands on her hips as she took the few steps towards him.
“Do you honestly expect me to leave you to die?” She questioned irritation lacing through her words, almost seeming insulted by the notion. Snarling was heard and bushes were starting to shake and grow near, causing Alice looking over her shoulder. Without hesitation she moved forward and scooped up the thin man in her arms. Holding him bridal style, her actions were swift and she was already running to the ledge when she scooped him up.
The wolves had broke through the tree line and were nearly nipping at Alice’s heels as she went to jump. Arms holding him closer to her in case he had the crazy idea of struggling in this situation— Alice after all didn’t want to drop him and waste energy for no reason.
Spinning two separate times, blue monarch butterflies fluttered around them each time she jumped in the air. Landing on the other side she turned around to see the wolves stomping their paws and gauging the gap to follow their prey. Alice kept Nny held close in her arms for the time being, as she watched the wolves back away from the ledge and run off.
Nope. He wasn't going to move. He merely stared back at her, perhaps even with a little bit of challenge in his gaze. For the most part, he just figured that, if this was a dream, at least such an 'end' might knock him out of it so he could get back to more important things. It wasn't that he wanted to be mauled by wolves, but he failed to see any other alternative that would benefit him.
Well..there was one other thing, but that involved multiple things that he did not approve of. "Yes," he answered flatly, having ignored her 'childish' comment. In any other situation he might have argued with her about that but not in this one.
"So go ahead and hop right back over and let me be-" he started, but was interrupted when she proceeded to pick him up. His body tensed almost instinctively, and he was about ready to start struggling free when he felt her leap, out over the chasm below, and across to the other side. He knew that, now, it'd be better to tolerate these few seconds of being held in a rather embarrassing position, than to struggle and go tumbling down to the depths below.
But as soon as they were safely on the other side, he struggled out of her arms with renewed vigor, standing up straight and giving her a glare that was less harsh than his demeanor suggested. He wasn't spiteful- he knew she'd saved his life, even if he didn't entirely approve of the manner in which she had. So instead he turned the glare towards the now-fleeing wolves, giving a huff in agitation, not quite sure what to say.

Despite Todd’s pleas and his begging, Jillian still baked the cookies, even though Todd had told her he was the one who broke into his home, Jillian still walked next door.
"Oh, Todd!" Jillian paused a moment before ringing the doorbell, "It’s not like he’s some kind of ax murderer!" taking his hand and pulling him closer to the door, she rang the doorbell.
Unsurprisingly, instead of the standard two-note ring, the doorbell released an unearthly screech from somewhere below upon being pressed, yet it was still loud enough to be heard throughout the house and especially from the outside. Johnny frowned, glancing towards the door. He wasn't exactly expecting company, but he didn't want to be rude, either. Reluctantly he rose from his seat on the couch and moved towards the door.
The first thing he saw when he opened the door was little Squee, which was a rather surprising, but pleasant, sight. It usually ended up the opposite way... Not that Johnny was going to complain. "Hey, little Squee!" He said in greeting, giving him a bit of a smile, apparently oblivious to the little boy's desperation to get away. "And..."
"I don't believe I've met you," he remarked, looking up to peer at the woman. He was pretty certain that wasn't Squee's mother, but the fact that he didn't recognize the lady both intrigued and concerned him.
Call it coincidental that Nathan managed to spot the blade that the young man is clutching in his hand, only to slip swiftly out of sight. Only when the knife is hidden does he lift his eyes, fixating his gaze on the face scowling at him. While he appears calm, Nathan is wary. This kid looks unpredictable, and while he is a good fighter, he’d rather not take this kid down on the street, without his uniform to mask his identity.

"Hasn't happened yet, has it?" Johnny retorted, voice almost betraying a bit of cockiness, but mostly just annoyance. He wasn't exactly fond of interruptions, not at a time like this, not when it would have been so easy to 'take care' of a couple of passers-by. But the chance had been lost, as reluctant as he was to admit it.
"Besides," he said, the scowl softening only slightly as he tilted his head, trying to figure the stranger out, "don't you think it's a bad idea to confront the person holding the tool?"
