brows furrow as she processes her words, surely this girl (or at least in this appearance) was not a friend to her, though she wouldn’t question it. “certainly better than it’s treating everyone else.”

“So you know them”

“We grew up in the same city with supernatural parents. We had to at least know of each other.” 

“Uh, one, Rick I think”

“Yeah, he’s one of your two.”

nadia raised an eyebrow, she’d only just arrived in town. it had been a good few years, that much she knew. her eyes lingering on buildings until a voice caught her attention. “nope, just looking around.”

“Nothing”

“Now that’s a shame...” Nina replied, feeling an ounce of sympathy for the vampire. “Have you seen your kids?”

“little bit of both, actually.”

“ i can think of a few ways you could… ” she hummed looking their woman over. “ i’m celena donovan, i don’t think we’ve had the pleasure. ”

“Yeah, apparently I did, here’s the thing, I don’t remember any of it”

“You don’t remember anything?”

“and who are you?”

“Yeah, quick question, have you heard of anyone by the name of Aiden Lacroix?”

“Yeah.” the witch replied curiously, figuring his question could only mean on thing. “You married him.”

“ do you need to ask ? ”

“correct me if i’m wrong but i’m assuming it’s me you’re referring to?”

“but it isn’t all that great either,” katherine replied to the stranger as she took in her appearance.“ and who do you suppose should take over? yourself?”
