Usually I'm not too keen on posting half nude pictures of myself but I feel this is important. I spent most of my life sick. Through years of doctor appointments and thinking health just wasn't for me. I was wrong. If you feel that way you are most likely wrong. Few people who are sick are truely powerless and stuck. It can be hard to accept and change your mindset but that is what it takes. I used to get sick if I would exercise. Once I diagnosed myself, through prompting from God, and got the problem dealt with I set to getting healthy. Here are two pictures of me before I got healthy. The shape of my body was a sign of an unhealthy lifestyle not the end product. Every day I choose to make healthy decisions. Sometimes I eat those treats but I don't live on them. Life is better in every way since my decision to be healthy. That was a large decision. On the other hand being healthy is really just making lots of small healthy choices and over time they add up. After spending my childhood, teens and my twenties sick and waiting for death, begging at times, I have gone from being one of the least healthy people I knew to one of the healthiest I know.
