damn shit fuck okay so like i finally ordered my first fanfic commission and I feel so shy and embarrassed and awkward bc of how intimate (????) it felt. one of the characters involved is my OC and I have never spoken about her to anyone. like, at all, and I feel like I’ve just shared a v important part of me and now I feel incredibly vulnerable lmao pls end me

WHICH GOT ME THINKING:

what if you held Chris’s hand. like, y’all are grocery shopping and to speed up the trip the two of you separated. however, you enjoy taking your time comparing and searching for very particular products so by the time Chris returns you’ve barely gotten the first two items from your side of the list. Chris isn’t bothered, though. he just stands and admires you momentarily as your expression scrunches in concentration and you make small, quiet mouth movements while you eye the two different items in your hand. you haven’t quite decided yet, but that’s okay. he walks over to put his items in the basket shortly followed by yours. upon doing so, he gently intertwines his hand with yours and the other grabs onto the basket as you search for the remaining items.
