Some shifting tips based on my personal experience
The other day I was scrolling on tiktok when I came across to a video of a veteran spanish-speaking shifter (@natigodoy15) and it caught my attention. In that video she mentioned that most of the shifters don't succeed because they mostly focus on the result itself (failure or sucess) and don't enjoy the actual process of shifting.
Once I saw that video, I mulled over it and decided to enjoy the whole process instead of the result last night, as I think I used to do back when I minishifted.
Once I did so, I could actually felt the sympthoms and all the sensations more intensely than I did before, and I think it was the closest I have ever been to suceeding since 2023, which was the year when I minishifted.
I know this post wasn't too long, but I hope it can be helpful to anyone who is struggling with this situation just as I am or simply wants to give new methodologies or strategies a go.

despite her strengths, limitations are present. maintaining multiple structures simultaneously has seemed to place significant strain on her stamina, reducing both their durability and her control over time. however, she is a first year student who has got her whole career ahead of her, with plenty of time to train and improve.
