hope is more than just a four letter word of optimism and positivity hope will give you a reason to keep trying when you feel like giving up it’ll remind you that on days when it’s grey the sun can shine again it’ll fill up your heart on days where it feels emptiest it’ll keep you alive and there is always always always hope

you have walls and so do i. we both built them for protection, but they come at the expense of love. you have walls and so do i, but we both cannot brave the world alone no matter how much we may want to. you have walls and so do i, and i’m sick and tired of them, i’m done hiding in this sanctuary of mine. you have walls and so do i, but they fall and crumble just like everything else in this world. you have walls and so do i. you may think they’re impossible to break, but can’t you see they’ve already begun to collapse? you have walls and so do i, but you have to be willing to try to help me understand who that person is behind them. you have walls and so do i, and i’ve been giving it my all, so tell me that it’s not for naught. you have walls and so do i, but i’m here and so are you. you have walls and so do i, but you’re not alone anymore, and you won’t ever have to be. that’s something no wall can ever cover up, and that’s my promise to you.
