“Good. At least I know he’s got an awesome owner. But I’m gonna take that statement back if you don’t go along with it when I post this all over social media and pretend he’s mine. Girls love rabbits. -- Right?”

                                         he’s probably lost count.

“Excuse you, you should watch where you are walking. There are other people out here walking around and whatever is going on on that stupid little phone of yours can wait.” 

“Wow. I’m deeply sorry that someone pissed in your Cheerios this morning, but unfortunately no, your convenience isn’t more important to me than winning this game of Trivia Crack."

“I doubt they’ll mess with me again, because of you. I have a wrath of a god, but I am too small and it’s not very affective.” Maddy’s lips are curving up into a smile. “I owe you for that. How about coffee? You can never go wrong with caffeine.” She is nervously chewing her bottom lip, glancing over at him. 

“I dunno, I don’t think I’d wanna piss you off. The smallest ones are always the feistiest.” Julian matched the girl’s smile as the tension in his muscles began to fade. “You don’t owe me anything,” he answered with a shrug, “But I’m a caffeine junkie, so I could never say no to that -- even if I wanted to.”

Hearing his reason, she chuckled at how silly it sounded, but yeah perhaps it sounded slightly reasonable due to the countless times she had watched Criminal Minds. “Had a long night of dancing and I thought it be great to walk into the office, get some sleep before working this horrible cubicle job.”

“Okay, that’s understandable,” Lucas said, nodding along to the woman’s explanation. He almost turned away, but stopped himself abd drew his eyebrows together. “Actually, though -- why did you not get some sleep in, say, your bed?”

“That’s a pretty good name. Certainly better than his real name, Rocky.”

“Let me take a selfie.”

raegan: yeah! that’s my job raegan: i’m available every week day. usually after class if that’s ok with you raegan: i could schedule things outside of class if you need

albany: i think i’m gonna need help reallllly soon. tomorrow night? albany: i love that outfit on you.

“I thought he was lost. I named  him Skippy. It’s short for ‘Smoother  than a Fresh Jar of Skippy’.”

raegan: of course i don’t mind! raegan: i’d love to help out in any way possible

albany: any way, hm? albany: lemme know when you’re available then, babe. albany: lord knows i need plenty of help. 

with a red collar? probably super skiddish?

             definitely not.

Upon waking up on her desk, she had no sleep at all from last night’s party she went to. She didn’t drink, but she did dance a lot and well one thing led to another. Emma thought it would be cool to just sleep in for just a little bit, but she was bothered by someone and yawning a bit. “Something wrong?” She groaned, eyeing the man next to her.

Now that he knew the woman was alive and at least mostly well, he leaned back, tossing her the most placating smile he could manage this early. “Wrong? No, ‘course not. I just, y’know, wanted to make sure I didn’t just walk into a crime scene. I get a little paranoid when this place is so empty.”

raegan: they’re not that bad but i was assuming.. because yeah.. raegan: i could tutor you or something?

albany: that would be fantastic. albany: if you don’t mind, of course! albany: i’m sure there’s lots you could teach me.
