they're actually all very good friends in ltd lol corn and rhae work out and spar a lot, and aqua and ana frequently hang out and do guitar duets

the camera always kills the red so bad and yet i like drawing with red so much rip

i kept corn as a hero for their final class through revelation endgame bc it had the statline i wanted and also let me use axes (corns alt class has always been merc), but i also just think its narratively appropriate for them as someone between kingdoms who ultimately rejects taking up the vallite crown in favor of eloping with aqua. theyre just happy to have her by their side at last, and both of them would prefer living a quiet life together rather than suffer through court politics. their shared epilogue would be along the lines of becoming a folkloric footnote in history based on uncertain evidence, much in the way that all of aquas endings consider her a historical mystery.

id like to better refine the design at some point as a mash of corns default nohr princess armor and the hero design to make it sort of a unique custom class for them (vallite hero or something, as opposed to following the custom of x blood/noble to better represent their decisions).

additionally, im of the mindset that reestablishing valla on the surface is an absolutely terrible idea, and that they should just leave it dead and buried. there is no reason for corn to rule a broken kingdom that no longer exists, and ceding lands from two formerly warring nations to a previously unknown invisible kingdom from another plane Just Because is a terrible idea and a massive political nightmare waiting to happen.

all of this on top of which aqua herself does not wish to rule (she cites that she doesnt see herself fit to rule, but imo she both just doesnt want the responsibility and stress and is also just completely sick of court and politics, as well as being tired af after Everything and just wants to retire somewhere quiet and live out the rest of her life in peace and relative obscurity - which, like, Valid - after everything shes been through, she deserves as much), and my corn is absolutely unfit to rule bc theyre genuinely kind of stupid and know it, and also has no desire or ambition to do so either. this is also the idiot who rewound time twice just for the person they loved, btw. corn has a one track mind for aqua and aqua alone - they just want her; that was the entire point.
