hey edgelord, it’s me, your pal somewhat ! remember when we were friends ? yeah me either but you sure did try very hard to force yourself into a friendship with both me & fteroboros, sending daily weird messages to both of us . i endured that shit for a week before i blocked you, but my poor pal had to deal w/ that shit for a solid 2 months while you pestered them to make you themes you later took credit for .
anyway, gonna break the first person treatment now cause this isn’t about looking like a cool internet badass & more so about detailing his many, MANY crimes . there’s a lot too go through too so, y’know, for the sake of structure .
my experience with edgelord wasn’t as bad as most, i only knew him for a week before i blocked him but he gave me red-flags the INSTANT he IMed on the first day i made this blog . it wasn’t as bad as later conversations tho, he was telling about the lack of literate integra blogs . which set off flares in my brain because i don’t really like that term & it’s use, so i questioned it . his excuse what he just came back from hiatus, oh woe is me . i didn’t pay it much mind at first but in retrospect this was when I KNEW edgelord wasn’t a cool dude .
what was a even more MASSIVE red-flag is when edgelord remade under a new pseudonym, which was, y’know, satan cause obviosuly it was . when he came back as holyhated & godblinded, he tried to pretend he was a different person but i didn’t fall for it . but since i didn’t know EXACTLY why he remade i continued enduring his IMs despite more red-flags coming in . there’s also this piece of incredibly subtle performative allyship .
it was good then that edgelord’s a major dumbass & told me one of the people involved in him being kicked out of the fandom, which was the most crystal clear red flag he could give . so i took some time to consider & in the end i went and asked ev about him and why he was booted off the hellsing rpc —
now, i can’t do a good job recounting the first edgelord saga because i wasn’t there, so here’s ev’s retelling of it when i asked her about it . but the short version of it is that he hounded her for shipping, acted weird w/ duplicates & tried to force himself into her life & relationships . he also tried to forceship w/ her lesbian OC . it’s actually pretty disturbing stuff .
