Sometimes a family is a single mom and her kids and the younger son’s D&D crew and the older son’s crush and that crush’s ex-boyfriend and an escaped victim of blacksite government science experiments with psionic powers and her secret adopted father the local chief of police and the mom’s boyfriend who works at Radio Shack and I think that’s beautiful.
