I had body image issues even before I knew the word for it,

No need for a word anyways when you're too cowardly to talk about it to anyone

I feel trapped in my body,

And I feel trapped in my mind

Felt cowardly talking about my flaws,

Felt like admitting them would make them worse,

Felt like admitting them would be admitting I'm weak

Inferiority and superiority Complex in one

So here's something I want to say to whoever will listen:

I regret a lot of things in my life and feel like there were times when I could've done better or said something or been someone who could command a room,

None of that helps and it makes me feel worthless and incapable. But I'm trying to get past the past me and learn from them instead of putting these things locked up in a part of my brain.
