Don't get too attached. You and I are merely trav

First, our energies didn't match well but then we started talking and it turned out to be one of the best conversations I had with strangers. Little did I know she was a 50 year old successiul woman with her own designer brand and multiple companies and associations for women. She gave me so much advice on life, love and success so that I am filled and packed with mid-year dopamine to shift my focus again.

In a nutshell this is what she explained to me: The rest of the year focus on:

- hitting the gym

- romanticizing your mornings

- don’t go home straight after work, enjoy some me-time in the park, shopping or anywhere I want to be

- go eat alone, drink a coffee on your own

- invest in yourself no matter what
