Not every day has to count. Some days are for repairing, resting, mourning. You don't have to perform every day. Some days are for doing nothing. For sleeping all day or being on your phone. Relaxing is ok, allowed and encouraged. Do what you need to do.

You never know how signing up for a new class, getting a haircut, attending a party you are too lazy to go to, or applying to a job you think you have no chance at can really shift timelines. You are probably one decision away from catapulting into a new timeline.

doing things at the right age is literally a made up concept. you can start/pursue anything at any age. btw.

Let people take care of themselves the way that they deem best!! I know for a fact some people may think my lifestyle of skincare routines, hair masks, Pilates, hour by hour schedules are all overkill, but there was a time when I was a teenager that I was in such depressive funks I could barely get out of bed take a shower get my hw done etc etc. Now I take pride in meticulously taking care of myself and having strict boundaries with how I will allow myself to spend my own time. Like I don’t play about things and it makes me feel all the better for it. To some people that’s shallow but to me all these things genuinely rejuvenate me. Obviously life is not just about maintaining looks, and just being clean and healthy is always more than good enough, but if someone enjoys doing the things I mentioned then they have a right to do so and that does not make them vain in the way a lot of people may think. For some people it grounds them. And that’s okay!!

Don't ever setttle for mediocrity and low effort in relationships. I assure you there is someone out there who is praying to find someone exactly like you, who can't wait to spoil you with all the love, devotion & appreciation you deserve.
