Currently watching: The Ori arc in Stargate SG-1, I kinda glossed over this part in the past (and even now it's just in the bg while I do things). "Goa'uld but reskinned as Catholicism instead of Egyptian polytheism" always felt kinda lame. But there are still good moments in there so far.

Currently reading: Nothing atm, too busy. ;_;

Current obsession: Also too busy, unless you count obsessively worrying. <_<

Currently working on: Rendering/bg'ing this Kontext batch (which would be done already if I ever had the chance to be at home for more than just sleep hours). Also started an animatic I've been wanting to do for like five years where Art and Carmine reenact a serious scene from Doctor Who(!?), but I'm starting to doubt I'll get to finish it anytime soon.

Currently wearing: Slightly frilly white cami over skinny bluejeans; necklace and a high ponytail.

30000 Megatons by Pond

I love how this whole song is basically one big dramatic buildup. It also offers the sometimes-comforting idea of blowing up humanity!

2. Worn Down by Men I Trust

I only discovered Men I Trust recently, but I'm utterly head-over-heels in love with their sound. You could easily have put any of their songs here.

3. Concept 16 by Kodomo

This one's ten minutes of instrumental electronica and rarely strays from its main sound, but something about it really clicks with my heart. I can't explain, it just makes me feel things. There's some sort of a big-picture hopeful anxiety to it? I dunno.

4. Dark Oak by Luna

Another instrumental, piano this time. I just really enjoy the part that starts at 1:35; the rest is dressing.

5. Hourglass Meadow by Oliver Buckland

Another instrumental electronica, this one's just kinda... goofy? (Not that the thumbnail doesn't give that away immediately!) It's fun, but also strangely nostalgic in a way that I can't place.
