0.48% of one penny of your tax dollars. In addition, the ISS is an internationally funded project (although the US pays for most of it). You should be proud that NASA can accomplish so much with such little support. 

Drones or water bubbles in space? Seems like a pretty easy choice to me.

These astronauts are risking their lives every second of every day that they’re up there. No one would ever begrudge soldiers overseas their R&R time, but astronauts take twenty minutes to play with zero-g and a camera, and some jackhole starts screeching “MY TAX DOLLARS!” Out of the 15,000 wasteful appalling things our tax dollars pay for, this should be 14,999 on your list of complaints.
