I saw a journal online that was made by a therapist and it’s specifically used for trauma processing. 100% recommend WET to all my fellow trauma peeps but ESPECIALLY if you find it hard to open up to therapists like me. Deadass I spent most of my last session talking about what bread I use to make toast.
