I don’t want to believe that Morgan will die at you g age, but something tells me that she will become a hero, just like other generations. Howard helped find S.H.I.E.L.D and created Captain America’s shield (I know that he’s abusive in the comics, but let’s not talk about comics now). Tony sacrificed himself to save a whole universe! That’s why I have a feeling that Morgan, seeing as she always looked up at her father and probably has heard stories about her grandfather, will become a hero.

To add onto that it's possible that Pepper may not maintain a close relationship with Morgan, perhaps for reasons that will become clear over time. And the idea that Pepper might move on to someone else quickly, potentially causing a sense of resentment in Morgan towards her, adds another layer of complexity to their relationship with both her mother and her opinion on Tony.
