I have finally, after all this time, launched the Kickstarter for The Beached Lighthouse!

It's a Lighthearted Mystery-Comedy inspired by Courage the Cowardly Dog, Spirited Away, and a dash of Lovecraft.

Follows the story of Jay, a happy-go-lucky young drifter, eager to settle old debts. Stranded in a dusty desert town, he finds a gig as a concierge-in-training at the Lighthouse: a mysterious bed & breakfast built around a lighthouse in the middle of a desert.

i fucking love my friends dude (we went from chatting about nothing to creating a convoluted roleplay story about our lives as a family, we're currently on a road trip to mount olympus (we being myself, my husband, our daughter, our daughter's adoptive mother, and my husband's father) as we leave our house because the adoptive mother broke the grandfather out of jail and the police are on our ass as we leave a bunch of science equipment that my husband uses in the old house as we prepare for the new one (old family manor in the woods) as my husband and i reminisce on our wedding (both aphrodite and penelope were invited, among others, and gave wonderful gifts, though aphrodite wasn't able to attend) and the adoptive mother is an alcoholic who keeps giving our child beer and literal poison from my husband's lab)

i cannot explain this any clearer but this is pretty much what just happened over the last hour or so

literally so much fun dude. i love accidentally running into family bits (because yes this happens a lot)

#I was the husband #there was also corpses in the lab #maybe necromancy? its rather unclear #also this started with us telling our friend to go to bed #turned into family rp #divorce and disownment were threatened
