Jamil has always covered Kalim's sneezes for him. This typically results in Kalim muffling the sneezes into Jamil. When he is sick they might be stifled into Jamil instead. Jamil tries to use a handkerchief when he can, but the priority is to make sure Kalim doesn't sneeze on anyone else.
When Kalim's sneezes get stuck he always cries to Jamil for help.

If you look at my current snzcanons I have a little overview thing at the top. That is how I keep all of my snzcanons. I'll give you what I have below the cut, but if you want me to elaborate on anyone specifically, please let me know!
Yes! OMG! Hi! You are the first person I have heard from on here! I am happy stimming so much right now! And yes! I adore twisted wonderland! It is not my current hyper fixation, so I am not caught up with books 7.5 & 8, but I will still happily talk about it! My favorite characters are Cater, Leona, and Jamil, which says something about my mental health. What about you? Feel free to request any snzcanons you want from TWST! It started with an itch. Just a faint tickle in his nose. Meng Yao reaches up to rub his nose without a second thought. The itch subsides and he thinks nothing of it, returning to his paperwork.
A couple minutes later, it happens again. A sharp tickle in his nose. Annoyed, Meng Yao pauses in his writing. He places the brush down and rubs his nose firmly, squishing it from side to side. The itch subsided, but Meng Yao could feel it there, lurking. He waits for a few seconds to see if it will return, but the itch seems content to lie in wait as a faint buzzing.
Sighing, Meng Yao picks up his brush and leans over his paperwork. He has been working steadily for nearly an incense time with nothing, and his guard slowly begins to drop. Feeling a bit of moisture start to run out of his nostril, Meng Yao sniffles, hoping to draw it back in.
A burning itch floods his nose instantly, the brush clattering onto the desk as Meng Yao’s hands fly to his nose. His nostrils flare as his breath catches in his throat.
“hUUUHH–”
He scrubbed at his nose mercilessly, with no regard for decorum. His eyes were tearing up from the strength of the itch, and his nose squelched as it was squashed against his face, but he refused to give in.
“N–hh-hhHHH–No!” Meng Yao thought desperately. “I wi-ihhhl noh-t snee-eeh-eH-EHH-HHH!”
Meng Yao clung to the edge of the precipice, tears streaming down his face. But it was no use. With a choked gasp, Meng Yao was overwhelmed.
“GHh–TSHOOO! Tshh’eew! ’Sshhhiiew! TSSH’iew!“
Meng Yao scrubbed at his nose in between sneezes, hoping to soothe the itch, but it was fruitless. Sneezes continued to tumble out, one after another, as if racing for the honor of exploding out of Meng Yao’s abused nose first.
“Hh-shheew! TSSH’iew! T’Shhiew!“
Finally, the sneezes began to taper off, and with one last, breathy “t’chiew!” the fit ended, leaving Meng Yao gasping for air.
Groaning, Meng Yao’s eyes fluttered open. He winced at the wetness coating his hands, reaching to grab his handkerchief from his pocket. Wiping on his hands, and then his face, Meng Yao grumbled mentally to himself, “This means nothing. A fluke. An.. irritation. I am not sick. Absolutely not.”
Blowing his nose with a long and wet sound, Meng Yao shoved the fact that he only ever sneezed like this when sick to the back of his mind. Even cats didn't result in never-ending sneezes, tumbling out one-after-another like they were behind chased by some beast, but in fits of threes that would not stop until the infernal beast was out of his presence.
“But, “ Meng Yao reminded himself sternly, “I am not sick.”
Despite this, Meng Yao’s head was pounding as he shoved the sodden fabric back into his robes. And picking up the brush to continue with his work, noting with a groan that the sudden… disturbance had caused ink to splatter across the sheet he had been working on, rendering it unreadable, the slight tickle in Meng Yao’s throat that had been there since this morning seemed to have blossomed into pain.
Sighing slightly, Meng Yao put the brush back down.
“There is no harm in turning in now.” Meng Yao reasoned. “Everyone takes early nights sometimes. I can just wake up a little early to make up for it.”
Mind made up, Meng Yao rose from his seat, steading himself against his desk at the sudden dizziness that overcame him. Shaking it off, Meng Yao blew out the candle before departing. Gliding through the black halls of the sleeping fortress, Meng Yao allowed himself to think of the soft bed that awaited him in his chambers. Smiling faintly at the idea of sleep, Meng Yao increased his pace slightly, not even noticing the way his hand rose to subconsciously scrub at the itch blooming in his nose.
Only notices he is sick when the symptoms start to get bad. Sort-of hides when sick, but won't deny. If mission is coming up will downplay severity.
