Lately, FB, Twitter, IG, and the news have taken a toll on my mental health. So many negative emotions are bogging down my mind. On one hand I want to be informed and love sharing my art, but on the other hand I don’t want to feel like this anymore. I think it’s time for me to step away for a bit and return when I feel better.
