Marcus is a very confident and skilled horse rider. When he moved to the Dellamorte estate, he took his mare with him. He purchased the brown horse several years ago, and while she wasn't expensive or of premium quality like the Dellamorte horses, she was a worthy opponent during the occasional friendly racing around the estate. Was Marcus and his horse actually that fast, or did Illario hold his own horse back, who knows.
