Yeah, I don’t know how to finish this in a way that I’m happy with.

I still like the idea and the paneling, but instead of torturing myself over it for another month, I might as well just leave it unfinished as it is.

if you look at my art, you can see that my way of drawing them is super inconsistent. but

if there's one thing i keep in mind every time i draw them, it would be to treat their heads as boxes, more or less

no matter what style i decide to adopt that day, it's all composed of the same shapes: squares or triangles

i sometimes take a knife and slice off the corners of those boxes to make the shapes "rounder," to fit the perspective or the vibe

looking at irl pictures of skulls and heads also helps. following "rules" can help build a basic foundation, but i'll bend them if i have to. "if it looks okay, i'm going with it"
