4.9.16 For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin. Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:15-16 This picture isnt the throne of grace but this morning i'm reminded of the blessings of God. What a beautiful place i'm in, and what amazing people I know, what amazing places the Lord has taken me. (Ephesians 1:3-7) How much better are the Spiritual blessings in the heavenly places through Christ Jesus. Through Him I have redemption, forgiveness for my sins according to His Grace. And now 22let us draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful; 24 and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, Hebrews 10:22-24

3/29/16 "When our Lord speaks of discipleship He catalogues the other loves and says our love to Him must be the dominant love of all, because any of those other loves may be a trap door to something entirely removed from God's purposes" -Oswald Chambers Im learning about God's presence with me. Hebrews 13:5 says that my contentment comes from God's closeness. The love of money takes my eyes off of God and onto what I should get. Not what I have in Him. His presence is always with me but what if His presence is no longer real to me?
