Alright so this is Deadly Elixir "Cookie" a high caliber toxicologist in the entirety of Earth-bread, as the name suggests they're from a deadly material, safe to touch? Yes. Safe to consume? NO in any circumstance. And the cookie is in between quotes because it once was a Monster Elixir (the purple pinkish monster from chapter 8 in story Mode Crispia) that ate some of the dough left behind by White Lily Cookie's experiments and went through a serious evolution/mutation that went throught-out centuries. Once they gained enough conciousness he was educated by the now ghosts teachers of the Blueberry Yoghurt Academia and chose to be a master in poisons and venoms all around Earth-bread
