Hypnosis with Tenty

I give one of the guys an unfair advantage towards the end, but we had fun either way with this routine and I hope you enjoy it too!

Last one for Season 5 which we need to sadly wrap up. I decided to end on a parallel video to what I started with and Luke shows us what it's like to have no control over his arm which is attached to an imaginary helium balloon. Aidan was a good sport where I varied the missing number routine and he lost more than just the number four. In fact he lost several numbers that day and ended up with I think counting out 13 fingers. This video explains how this happened!

Hey guys, here's a skit that I did a friend of mine. Actual hypnosis didn't take place this day, but it's one of those things where you have to make sure you don't use your 'powers for evil' (tm). Enjoy the sketch!

So fair is fair, and I decided to make Luke's partner in crime, Aidan, invisible. We then proceeded to play a little game of "Marco, Polo", and this is how Luke reacted. For the record, he's less freaked out about the event now.

This is Peter's first go at Hypnosis as well, so here's how he reacted to the suggestion of stuck hands.

This is Aidan's from NoRisk first time being hypnotised. He was such a good subject we went straight to a Time Stop demo. Watch as we freeze time and restart time and his reaction to the whole situation. 

Emma was excited for hypnosis and this is her first time, so I did a standard hand stick. This is how the video turned out. For those of you who don't know, for people I have never hypnotised before, I will generally do a forgotten name/number and a hand stick suggestion, just so they get the hang of everything. 

Luke from NoRisk was kind enough to have a go at hypnosis and I had to throw back an ode to Tyson's video. The suggestion given in this video was that he would forget the number 3, and when he remembered it again, anyone holding up that many number of fingers, it would be hilarious to him. Needless to say, this is how the video turned out.

And I'm back! Lewy is back for season 5 and it's this simple to forget your name. This is a combined suggestion which includes an arm levitation and when his arm drops down, his name is gone. This is always a fun one to perform and I hope you enjoyed it too!

So I know that this week is forgetful numbers week and I couldn't resists throwing back to Tyson from Season 1. I know most of you may have seen this video before, but if you haven't I'd like to re-share it with you as it's a classic and almost instilled the same reaction as Lewy from Monday's video.

Lewy is a great subject and there's a few suggestions that I did with him. Here's him counting to ten and how the mind can play tricks on you when you provide the power of suggestion for other people.
