sometimes it means buying a gallon of the one brand of vegetable juice u like, so you get some green stuff into your diet.  

sometimes it means running the dishwasher twice when u can’t rinse stuff by hand, of using paper plates so the dishes don’t pile up.

please do not feel bad if you can’t do everything right now. the seas are rough. treat yourself with kindness and love and compassion. it’s ok to go back to basics and to do what you can. try to see the good in things though- the birds chirping and the sunlight in your room. be grateful for these things. better days are coming.
