*It was a rainy night as a blue rockstar walks down the wet streets. He stumbles around in a drunken stupor, gripping a half empty bottle of honey. He slicks down a desolate alleyway and trips, falling face first on the floor. "Where did it all go wrong?", he solemnly asks himself. It was a few months ago, before his mom's passing. He arrives at the place where his band was going to perform. He greets his bandmates, clearly not feeling his best.*
Drummer: "Hey Kid. Are you feeling ok?"
"No. I'm not feeling ok at all..."
Vocalist: "Still no luck, eh?"
"Ibuki.......i've searched everywhere...."
Base player: "Dude, are you still on that chick? Get over it. She's gone. Move on." *Kid glares at his bandmate in annoyance.*
Base Player: "Look I'm just saying it like it is. It's been what? 2, maybe 3 years since she started ghosting Kid? And he's still bitching about it."
Drummer: "Yeah, but be more mindful of his emotions. You know how much he adored Ibuki long before they started dating."
Base player: "And look at how well that's going. His idol dream girl is gone without even a letter of good bye."
"Dude. Shut the fuck up. Seriously."
Bass player: "Hey! Don't get mad that I'm right."
Vocalist: "Ok ok, guys. Let's all calm down. The tensions are a little too high at the moment and we got a show to do in a couple of hours."
"...........ok.......Ok, i'll.....I'll stop."
Vocalist: "There we go. Now let's start getting ready."
"Gimme a sec. I need to use the bathroom." *Kid walks out of the room.*
Vocalist: "Sheesh. When will he go back to the Kid he used to be? I thought hooking him up with that Zie chick would help him get over Ibuki."
Drummer: "Wait, so she was there became of you?"
Vocalist: "She seemed like a cool girl and she said she was a fan of Monokid. I was just trying to help."
Drummer: "By making him cheat on his girlfriend?"
Vocalist: "She was in jail. And no one knows which jail she's even in and he keeps hitting prison after prison. If this goes on any longer, our rep will tank."
Base Player: "Thank you for seeing the bigger picture. His simpery for the chick that fucked over her own brother is getting out of hand. At this point, we need to replace him."
Base player: "Only if he doesn't get his act together. Either he gets over Ibuki or he's out of the band."
Drummer: "Isn't he the boss?"
Base player: "Not anymore. After being missing for so long, the manager has put me in charge and I say either Kid shapes up or get out."
Drummer: "A little harsh, don't you think?"
Vocalist: "I mean, we can't wait on him forever and we have no idea where Ibuki is. If she's not in any jail, then she either broke out or was exec-" *The door flew open with Monokid standing in the doorway.* "Oh shit!"
Drummer: "How much.....di-"
"Forgot my lucky guitar pick. Hehehehe. Later, dudes." *Monokid leaves, saying nothing else and leaving the bandmates confused.*
Bass Player: "Ok. Maybe he didn't hear us after all. That's a good sign."
Drummer: "Man I hope you're right."
"............" *Monokid starts walking away. Some time later, the bandmates head to the stage, meeting up with Monokid.*
"Sup, bros! You ready for the show?"
Bass player: "Hell yeah! We're going to blow the roof off this place."
Drummer: "Hey Kid? Are you feeling ok?"
"All good, dude! Let's put on a great show!"
Vocalist: "Ok, man. And listen about Zie-"
"Relax. Water under the bridge. Don't worry about it." *he starts tuning his guitar. The rest of the band lets out a sigh of relief, believing that Monokid's feeling fine. And so the curtain rises. The crowd cheers for Monokid and his band.*
"What's up, y'all!? Are you ready to rock out?!"
Audience: "YYEEEAAAAAAHHHH!!!"
"THEN LET'S ROCK THE FUCK OUT!" *He strums his guitar, causing chains to appear and bind his bandmates, pinning them to the floor, surprising everyone.*
Drummer: "Hey! What's going on? Kid!"
Vocalist: "This isn't part of the show!"
Bass Player: "Monokid! The fuck is your problem!?"
"Oh? You're talking to me? Funny. I didn't know my feelings or my opinion mattered. After all, you guys were planning to replace me, all because I wouldn't ditch my girl......am I right?"
Vocalist: "Kid, let's talk about th-"
"No wonder Zie was able to work her way into my head......You let her in......All to get me to forget my beloved Ibuki mioda.......You must think I'm a idiot....."
Vocalist: "I was just trying to help you!"
"Oh.....You helped alright......You threw me into the arms of a freaking rapist...."
"And it wasn't just me...... Monosuke.....Uncle Kurokuma......Kabuto.......and many others.....All victims of that Zie..... And you pointed her in my direction......" *He takes a remote and presses a button causing a large TV screen to appear, showing Monokid's memories of the awful experiences as Zie's captive. They watched as she forced herself onto him over and over, draining him with the use of her plants while insulting him and making a mockery of his crush on Ibuki. All that for several weeks.*
Vocalist: "K-Kid, I'm so sorry....I didn't know..."
"Course you didn't know....... You're an idiot.... You're all idiots! Replacing me, the band leader, is one thing....... Trying to force my girl out of my heart!? You got a death wish or something?!"
Drummer: "N-No! We just wanted to help you move on!"
Bass Player: "Yeah, I mean it's not like she was ever going to come back anyway! I mean think about it! How long has it been since you two last spoke to each other!? 2 years!? 3!? Did she even send a message to you?! Any birthday gifts or Christmas gifts!? She hasn't even bothered to call you or anything! If she truly loved you, then where is she?! She didn't even save you from that plant chick! And you want to know the shiest part?! I heard that bitch was bailed out by someone and was last seen shaking it up in London! She doesn't love you, man! She never did, otherwise she would've informed you by now! Get over it! Your girlfriend is a dumbass idiot who left her little bro to die! SHE ONLY CARES ABOUT HER REPUTATION AND STATUS AS A SUPERHERO! SHE'S A MONSTER THROUGH AND THROUGH! GET OVER IT YOU SIMPING MORONIC IMBECILE!" *A tense silence fell as everyone stares at the base player. And then.....a whisper from Monokid.*
"......let the bodies hit the floor...... let the bodies hit the floor.......let the bodies hit floor.....let the bodies hit the floor......"
"Let the bodies hit the-" *Ting ting* "FLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!" *Monokid starts rocking out, singing 'let the bodies hit the floor' as a trio of Monobots plays his bandmates instruments. As for the bandmates themselves, they're dragged into death traps. The drummer gets locked into a capsule filling with Arctic water, the vocalist is strapped to a chair and is force feed books and paper, and the bass player is tied to a massive firecracker rocket. The drummer and vocalist begs Monokid to spare them from such grizzly fates while the bass player makes death threats at the rocking Monokid. The crowd isn't even sure on what to do. Some think it's part of the show, others call the police, and the staff tries to stop Monokid but their efforts are in vain. The drummer can only cry for his mom and dad as he perishes via drowning and freezing to death in the capsule full of Arctic water. The vocalist couldn't even get anymore words out as he chokes on the books and paper clogging his throat and lungs, causing him to suficate to death. As the song reaches its end, the manager eventually breaks through the doors and rush over to the firecracker the bass player was tied to, grabbing onto it to try and free the bass player. Sadly, the rocket fires away, taking the staff and the manager into the sky with the bass player. All that was heard was their screams as they die in a beautiful explosion of lights showing Monokid giving the middle finger and saying shows over backstabbers! The song ends with Monokid bows to the audience and takes his leave before the police arrives. He didn't care how badly this was for his career. He didn't care that he was on a police's wanted list now. He didn't care that most of his fans had decided to ditch him after the show. He didn't care about any of it. Those traitors had it coming anyway. But what brings his heart grief......is the absence of Ibuki that has to be filled. Back to the present, Monokid gets to his feet, barely standing straight. He puts the bottle to his mouth, but tasted nothing. He curses under his breath and threw the bottle. He sits against the wall, tears streaming from his eyes as he thinks back to all the times he and Ibuki spent together, wondering where it all went wrong. Ibuki wouldn't really just start ghosting him, would she?. So why has there been no word from her? Was she truly bailed out of prison? Did she really move to London? Does she still exist? What's even the point anymore? She's not even here and he has no means of finding her. What's the use of trying? Say he does go to London, will she even be there anymore? What if he sees her with another man? What if she's not there anymore anyway? What if he's been one big goose chase and in reality she's truly gone forever or she's just avoiding him completely? He doesn't know and no one's given hi any clear answers.*
"*sobbing* Ibuki...........why........? *Sobbing*" *Monokid cries by his lonesome for what seems like hours. And then, he hears something.*
Ibuki's voice: "Monokid......My beloved Monokid......."
"Huh? Ibuki? I-Is that you, my sweet?"
Ibuki's voice: "Come to me......." *A dark portal opens in front of Monokid as he gets to his feet.* "Come to me.......And we shall be reunited once more......." *Monokid starts walking towards the portal as the dark energy slowly surrounds him. He reaches into the portal before sinks into the abyss.*
???: ".......Welcome, my sweet Monokid......."
