Coining and personal blog in 1 mix.

I coin mainly objectum and alterhuman flags, but sometimes other things (see some in "hashtags guide" section). If the flag already exists, see it as an alternative version. And requests are open (including nsfw ones). Anything about fandoms that I know about also goes. I post approximately 1 flag per week. The amount of requests is visible at the top of my bio in the "request queue." I do them in the order they are received and don't skip.

You can say that “Oh, I'll be okay, I have a strong stomach” or “I actually like those things”, but I think that it's being unprepared for it and the sheer amount of it that heavily goes into play. Imagine going on a walk on a sunny day and then suddenly seeing a murder. Imagine seeing every pain from every victim in less than a second. Imagine seeing every nanosecond of their suffering and every detail of how their psyche and body gets destroyed, every little detail is shown to you on a platter right in front of you. You usually would go on certain sites for this, prepared and expecting to see nasty shit.

Derek didn't have that luxury.

And not just horrible things, as simple as seeing how truly small and insignificant his life is. He's less than a spec of dust. Humanity as a whole means nothing and will accomplish nothing.

And any trigger(s) he may have will amplify the pain, even the triggers he was unaware of. You may say “I don't have them,” and I won't disagree, I also have no triggers… in the sense that I'm not squeamish, I can look, hear, and talk about ANY topic without breaking into tears. But there's also the little ones, like hearing about someone being homophobic, for example. Sure, you're not triggered like in the previous sentence, but you sure don't like hearing about it, do you? Maybe you would skip a post/video/etc that talks about every once in a while, and I even have to tag this post that there's homophobia mentioned, and you would prepare yourself for it, because I was considerate enough to put it there, and I knew that some users just don't like the topic.

Derek didn't have that luxury.

This little nimble of “ew” or “oh” will be amplified by seeing every act, thought, and word an infinite amount of times.

That can go into some crazy paranoia + not caring about your own safety, because yes, that absolutely can go together. Source? Me. When I was young and delusions were only starting to appear, and I was genuinely scared of the possibilities, did I do anything to protect myself from the supposed dangers? No. I would try to hide my face and not look at the police at max. And that's it. I didn't even try to go around them, I just didn't look at them. Genius, I know. Brains are truly wonderful things.
