I think I’ve earned the title of most dramatic procrastinator ever... sat down at my desk to start working on a paper that’s due Saturday and was like “the light from this desk lamp is entirely too bright blue/white, how am I supposed to work under these conditions?????? I absolutely need to go buy better lightbulbs immediately. My writing process needs ✨mood✨ lighting, god damn it!”

Last night I was initiated into the D&D campaign that a friend of mine is DM’ing, along with a group of his friends. It was awesome, everyone was so welcoming and we ended up playing until 3am.

And honestly I had kind of forgotten what it’s like to have a group of friends that I actually feel comfortable interacting with and not lowkey anxious that everyone secretly hates me and wants me to go away. It feels really, really good. 💖
