Alfie Buttle x f!reader

summary: seeing alfie for the first time since your breakup would have to have happened at some point, but it just had to fall on your sisters wedding day.

HERE YOU were, sat in the backseat of a car next to your sister holding a bouquet of flowers pulling up to the large wedding venue. Only it wasn’t your wedding it was Sabinas and Chips. Once upon a time it could’ve of been yours but that dream seemed impossible right now. But nonetheless you were here to support and celebrate your elder sister, that was it.

“You ready?” you turned to Sabina who was beaming at you.

“I’m so proud of you,” you said taking her hand in your own as she squeezed back as a thank you.

“Let’s do this before he changes his mind,” Sabina joked trying to lighten the mood. She knew you were worried about today, not the wedding but that someone was going to be there.

You both exit the car, walking towards the large entrance of the venue. As you enter the ceremony room, Sabina slightly behind, all eyes turn towards you. You felt his eyes on you, your chest feeling numb. Even after all this time, he still stood out in a room of people to you.

The walk down the aisle felt like years but it was all worth it when you watched your sister appear around the corner. Chips eyes lit up as the love of his life made her way towards him, the pair of them smiling shyly at each other. You noticed a small tear fall down his cheek that he would very much deny later.

You took the opportunity to look around the room, looking at the people who had been invited to this special day. You were caught off guard as those same eyes before were looking straight at you.

A small smile was sent your way as his cheeks blushed at being caught staring at you, you simply smiled back turning back towards the couple.

On the outside you were attempting to be as calm as possible, this was your sister’s wedding day after all, but on the inside all you could feel was that pit in your stomach. You tried to ignore it as your sister passed you her flowers and you took your spot next to her. Alfie Buttle wasn’t going to ruin this day for you.

They exchanged their vows, their love radiated across everyone in the room. Your heart swelled with pride for the couple in-front of you as tears threatened to spill from your eyes.

The rest of the ceremony went by quickly, Sabina and Chip were now married. As they both left to have their pictures taken, you were left with their friends. You got along well with them from your time with Alfie.

“Hey babe!” Flo exclaimed rushing over to hug you tightly, “You look as beautiful as ever,”

You thanked her, complimenting her back before the rest of the girls rushed over to say hello. You were slightly overwhelmed at all the faces and questions around you as you tried to smile at everyone.

Liv and Bach approached, both giving you hugs as they talked to you about the wedding.

“It’s beautiful isn’t it,” you chatted with them both before you saw Alfie out of the corner of your eye getting closer, “I’m so sorry, I’ve got to go, maid of honour duties! I’ll come find you guys later,”

You quickly exited the space, needing to be as far away from him as possible. You found your best friend by the door, “Oh my god I think I’m going to be sick,” you held your stomach, “I don’t know why I thought I would be okay with seeing him again,”

“You’re okay you didn’t even speak to him,” your best friend comforted you making you take deep breaths.

“I think if I did I would’ve thrown up,” You sighed wiping the sweat from your forehead.

“It’s fine just talk to the others and stay away from him, you’re gonna be alright,” her best friend replied grabbing your hand in comfort.

You nodded, turning towards the crowd your eyes finding Alfie. He stayed quiet in the conversation, his hands fidgeting with his cuff. He wore the same suit he always did, except this time he had a different tie.

“Oi!” your best friend squealed, “No talking about him, thinking about him or looking at him ok?”

Slowly but surely the guests made their way into the reception room. You were sat at the head table and lucky for you the table of all the couples youtuber friends was directly in front.

Your eyes didn’t falter for a second, keeping your gaze on your meal and whoever sat at your table was talking, your eyes never straying towards Alfie.

Soon it was time for the speeches as Chip coughed into the microphone trying to get everyone’s attention, “Hi everyone, thank you for coming today,” he started, “Me and Sabina aren’t looking to cry in front of you guys anymore today so we’re going to let Y/n do it!”

You stood up laughing at the comment taking the microphone from Chip, “Hi everyone, for those of you who don’t know me, I am the maid of honour and the little sister of the bride. This speech is one of the hardest and easiest things I’ve ever had to write in my life. It is the hardest, as writing about my sister and keeping it to 5 minutes is almost impossible, so much to Joshes dismay this speech is much longer than that,” you giggled as Chip rolled his eyes and the crowd of people laughed.

“But it is also the easiest, as writing about my incredible sister and how awesome she is comes easy to me,” you paused looking around the crowd, “When people ask me to describe Sabina I say she’s like me but way better. But really there is no one else in the world like her. Over the years we have argued and fought about anything and everything, but truly I don’t think there’s anyone in this world who understands me as much as she does,” you paused wiping your eyes.

“I believe that I am the person I am today because I grew up with her. Every lesson and story she has shared with me has shaped parts about me. She has held me through the hard times and laughed with me through the good times and I am eternally grateful that she is my big sister,” you smiled over at Sabina as she wiped under her eyes. “When she met Josh, something changed about her, at the time I didn’t know what it was, but now I think I do. She found someone who she could be completely herself around. She is truly marrying her best friend which is so important. She is marrying someone who will hold her through the best and worst times and somehow makes the toughest times slightly easier.” you turned to Chip giving him a small wink.

“That’s all anyone can ask for in life, and you two have found it. Your love is something special, a love where you can feel vulnerable and safe, a love where you can be authentically yourself and where you can be loved for exactly that. I used to dream about what my wedding would look like, but now all I want is to have the love that you two share,” you looked up meeting Alfie’s eyes, you both knew what you were alluding to, how you always imagined your wedding with him.

“Over the years Sabina has tried to teach me many things, but this might be the first one that I actually listen to and take onboard. That when you find your someone you never let them go. If you meet someone who is your safe space you should never give up on them,” you continued as Alfie swallowed, the words hitting him close to home. He watched as you inhaled slightly your hands shaking as you held the paper in front of you.

“Ooh sorry emotional day,” you sighed making everyone laugh, “When Sabina first talked about Josh to me, I knew that one day I would be stood here talking about them together. I didn’t like to think about it, because it meant that I wouldn’t ever be able to run into Sabinas room down the hall and annoy her anymore. But now that we are here today not only has Sabina gained a husband, I have gained a big brother to annoy and make buy me things,” she joked smiling through the tears. “No but seriously Josh I hope you have as much fun growing old with her as I did growing up with her. To Sabina and Josh,” you held up your glass as the guests clinked their glasses together.

As you sat down Sabina grabbed your hand, “That was perfect,”

“Yeah thank you Y/n/n that was perfect,” Chip chuckled giving you a wink.

Once the rest of the speeches wrapped up you whispered into your sisters ear, “I’m just going to get some air,”

“Do you want me to come with?” Sabina whispered back but you shook your head getting up and walking outside.

You found the gardens outside sitting down on one of the benches trying to calm yourself down. You needed to compose yourself before going back inside and avoiding Alfie for the rest of the night.

“Your speech was amazing, you always had a way with words,” a voice sounded from behind you, one you knew all too well.

You sucked in a breath, closing your eyes hoping he would leave you alone, “What do you want Alfie?”

He sat down next to you on the bench, not touching by still close, “I just wanted to see if you were okay,”

“That’s not your place to do anymore,” you scoffed looking up at him for the first time since he came over.

“I know but that doesn’t mean I don’t still care,” he sighed running his hands through his hair, “You almost made me cry with that speech,”

He knew it wasn’t his place to be talking to you like this, but he missed you and he needed to talk to you.

“Thank you, must’ve been good if it got to you,” you responded trying to be friendly with him.

The wind blew against the both of you, causing your hair to fly around your face. A silence fell between the two of you, but Alfie couldn’t bear the conversation ending, “How’s the new place?”

“It’s good,” you replied bluntly, “Bit far from everyone else but it works,”

He nodded, “And your job?”

“Ok Alfie enough with the 50 questions what do you want?” she snapped at him the tension between them getting to her.

“I miss you,” he sighed looking at her intensely.

“Alfie….” she sighed, “Don’t.”

“What? I’m not allowed to miss you,” he became defensive, expecting you to say it back.

“I didn’t say that, just stop,” you pleaded with him turning away from him.

He stopped with the defences softening his voice trying to make you understand, “We were together for 2 years, I miss you everyday,”

You understood perfectly, your lip hurting from how much you had bit down on it, “Alfie, please don’t do this,” you sighed shaking your head at him.

“Don’t do what? Tell you how I feel?” he expressed visibly upset.

“Alf—” she started before he cut her off, “I’ve missed you every day since that night, since you left the grotto with all of your stuff,”

“Well I missed you for a lot longer than that,” you spoke up.

“What do you mean?” he asked confused.

“At least you’ve only had to miss me since our break up, I was missing you for months before that, you were around yeah but around everyone but me,” she raised her voice facing him properly, “So don’t start all this because you made it like this,”

“We were both busy,” Alfie sighed trying to explain himself but she cut him off.

“No I wasn’t busy. I wasn’t busy because I put my life on hold for you, so you could chase your big youtube dream,” she shook her head at him, “I held your hand through everything and you just didn’t care,”

“I did care, I was grateful to you,” he replied.

You were shocked that he had the nerve to say that, “Grateful? Are you actually messing with me? You basically ignored me for months, you were constantly off filming some video or on some trip,” she shouted at him, “ You never had any time for me ever,”

“You’re not being fair, you knew that my career was like that and you still encouraged me,” he dropped his head into his hands.

“I’m not being fair?” you scoffed, “Being not fair is making me sit at home alone, hoping that you would come home at a reasonable time and actually want to speak to me. What’s not fair is you getting a new flashy shiny new life and forgetting about me and then coming here and having the nerve to say you miss me?” you ranted at him.

By this point you were both stood up in each others faces as he sighed, “I’m so sorry Y/n/n,” he pulled you into a hug.

You fell into it for a moment letting yourself feel his arms around you again before pushing him away lightly, “ I don’t know why we’re talking about this now, I told you this all when we broke up,”

“No you didn’t,” he sighed, “If I would’ve known this I would’ve made it better,”

“I did Alf, I did, you just didn’t listen,” she sighed exasperated.

“I’m so sorry,” he shook his head as it fell in his hands.

“Ok just drop this, it’s Sabina’s and Josh’s day it’s not about us,” she spoke firmly standing up to walk away.

You left the garden, rushing to the bathroom hoping not to get stopped by anyone. You opened the door sighing when you found no one in there. You sat on the floor, staring at the wall for a moment before the door opened and in walked your best friend.

“I’ve never been more happy to see you,” you smiled up at her as she pulled you up.

She held a glass of champagne and a tissue, “Which one would you like first?”

You grabbed the glass downing it quickly before asking, “How did you know I was in here?”

“Alfie came and found me told me you needed someone,” she smiled guiltily.

You shook your head, your heart wrenching at the mention of his name. You checked your appearance in the mirror before making your way back into the reception. You sat back at your seat as Sabina leaned in, “ Are you okay?”

“All good,” you tried to reassure your sister moving the subject onto something else not wanting to worry her on her big day.

A little later on it was time for their first dance, everyone gathered as the pair danced together lovingly. You watched on, admiring your older sister, she looked insanely happy.

“ISLANDERS IT’S time to turn chemistry into harmonies as for tonight’s challenge you will be going centre stage in the Love Island USA Couples Karaoke contest,” Zach read out the text.

The islanders cheered as Caleb turned to Y/n, “This is your time to shine baby girl!”

“We have to win,” Y/n said her face serious. “If we lose it’s embarrassing on my part,”

They were both asked to the confession room, “I mean I can’t sing but hopefully my dancing might bring our score up,” Y/n giggled turning to Caleb.

“I’m just here for the vibes,” he grinned at the camera.

They were giving their song, “Ok Don’t go breaking my heart, we got this baby,” Y/n squealed.

“Don’t go breaking my heart,” Caleb started to sing badly, Y/n put her hand over his mouth, “Let’s leave it until we have to perform,”

They spent the rest of the day practicing their dance moves and attempting to sing half-decently. Y/n much better than Caleb, “You got some pipes on you girl,” he joked.

“I’m a woman of many talents,” she winked at him before clapping her hands for them to start again.

The girls sat in the dressing room finishing off getting ready for the night, “Y/n bitch you a dancer we expecting some good shit,” Melanie laughed as Y/n replied, “I love Caleb but he should stick to working on elevators,”

“No raw talent then I guess,” Trinity giggled, “He got work in the morning!”

The girls fell into fits of giggles, Melanie almost falling off her stool.

Once they were all ready they all gathered in a group huddle, “May the best karaoke win!” Kayda squealed. They all cheered as they made their way downstairs.

“Islanders, welcome to the Love Island USA 2026 Couples Karaoke Contest!” Ariana announced to the group. “I see you have all been hard at work rehearsing,”

“Oh yes!” Zach cheered making the islanders laugh.

“Tonight you and your partner will be taking centre stage to see which duo can steal the show!” she continued, “Once everyone has performed each couple will rank the performance from best to worst. The couple with the most votes will be crowned the karaoke king and queen!”

“We got this beautiful,” Caleb cheered.

First up was Parmida and Corbin, then Tierra and KC, after them was Zach and Kayda,

“Ok Kayda baby,” Y/n encouraged her friend as she began to sing off-key.

All the islanders were laughing at Zach’s serious face, his competitive side coming through.

Aniya and Carl were next closely followed by Trinity and Bryce. Then Melanie and Sincere before finally Ariana announced, “And last but not least we have Caleb and Y/n!”

They stood up, holding hands as they walked to the stage. The song started as they both faced the back, Caleb turned as he sang the words, “Don’t go breaking my heart,”

His voice was slightly off-key making Y/n giggle as she turned to sing her part, “I couldn’t if I tried,”

“Honey if I get restless,” Caleb continued grabbing Y/n’s hand and spinning her around.

“Baby you’re not that kind,” Y/n sang her voice soft.

The islanders cheered, “Oh bitch can sing!” Aniya shouted out.

Y/n let her hand run down Caleb’s chest as he sang, “Don’t go breaking my heart,”

“You take the weight off of me,” she smiled as he lifted her up with one arm and spun her around. He continued, “Oh honey when you knock on my door,”

“Ooh I gave you my key!” Y/n giggled as KC shouted, “Ok girl,”

They continued to dance on each other as the song went into the chorus. The islanders kept squealing and screeching every time they sung making them try to not laugh.

“Don’t go breaking my heart,” he sung while looking into her eyes.

“I won’t go breaking your heart,” she smiled shaking her head at him before he pulled her close and continued to sing.

“This is too cute,” Trinity smiled at the pair adoringly.

As the song was about to end, Caleb picked her up as she sung the last words, “I won’t go breaking your heart!!!”

The outro played as Caleb leaned into kiss her lips as the islanders clapped enthusiastically and jumped around.

As they went to sit down Aniya squealed at Y/n, “You didn’t tell me you could sing bitch,”

“I can’t my voice kept cracking,” Y/n joked laughing with Aniya and Trinity.

“That was perfection baby,” Trinity said winking at Y/n making her blush.

Caleb wrapped his arm around her shoulder as they sat down kissing her cheek.

“Islanders, you all did amazing. That was so much fun to watch!” Ariana exclaimed, “You have all taken to the stage and given it all you got. It’s time to crown your karaoke king and queen, you must rank the couple you thought the best 6 points down to the couple who you thought was the worst 1 point. It’s time to make your decision!”

They all picked their choices, typing them in to their phones, whispering echoing through the couples.

“Islanders it’s time to reveal the results.” Ariana announced making the islanders cheer, “In last place is… Parmida and Corbin. In sixth place is Kayda and Zach. Fourth place is a tie between Aniya and Carl and Trinity and Bryce!”

“This might be a call for a breakup,” Trinity groaned rolling her eyes as the islanders laughed loudly.

“I can reveal second place is also a tie between Tierra and KC and Melanie and Sincere!” Ariana revealed, “This means that our karaoke king and queen is…. Caleb and Y/n!”

Caleb cheered, pulling Y/n in for a kiss, “We did it beautiful!”

They were called up to put their crowns on, the islanders cheering for them. “It’s suits you,” Y/n giggled fixing Caleb’s crown on his head.

“Karaoke king and queen!” Caleb shouted around the villa. “Me and my girl,”

CALEB AND Y/n spent the last week obsessed with each other. They had worked on their relationship and became officially closed off.

They were sat in bed together, his arms wrapped around her as they talked about their lives together outside. “You gotta come to Charleston first and then we go New York,” Caleb said threading his fingers through her hair.

She hummed, “Mhm, you gotta meet my mum and my little sister because I know they’re dying to meet you,”

They heard shouts from outside the bedroom, before Bryce ran in, “It’s family day,”

Y/n squealed jumping out of bed to follow the girls outside. There was a cart with family day painted on the front, the girls cheering.

A phone buzzed just then, “Rise and shine islanders. Today is family day presented by Coffee mate,”

Y/n cheered jumping onto Caleb as their lips interlocked, “I’m so happy,” she squealed kissing his cheek.

The girls were all sat in the dressing room, stressing about meeting their partners families.

“I just be scared to meet people’s families, like what if they don’t like me?” Trinity sighed.

“Oh baby don’t even worry you are like the most likeable person I have ever met,” Y/n reassured.

The girls turned to her, “How you feeling girl?”

“I’m terrified, like they’ve probably seen me scream at their son, that’s not a very good first impression,” she joked making the girls laugh.

“Maybe they’ll like that you keep him on his toes,” Melanie shrugged making the girls laugh again.

It had been a long day, everyone’s families coming in. Everyone’s but Y/n’s and Caleb’s, “Of course we’re last baby,” Caleb sighed as he played with Y/n’s fingers.

She sighed as Aniya screamed across the villa, “Y/n baby someone’s here for you,”

Y/n jumped up locking eyes with her mum and sprinting over to her. She embraced her mum, tears running down her cheeks, “I missed you so much you have no idea,”

“Missed you too Y/n/n,” her mum held her for a little longer.

They pulled back as Y/n hugged her little sister, “How’s school?”

“Awful but I’m missing it because of this so love you lots,” her little sister giggled.

Caleb was hugging his mum and his best friend, his face glowing. After her hug with Caleb, his mum approached Y/n holding her arms out, “Hi I’m Traci, it’s so nice to meet you,”

“It’s so great to meet you, oh my gosh Caleb’s told me all about you,” Y/n replied beaming as they hugged.

They all introduced themselves before splitting off to talk separately.

“I’m just so happy to see y’all,” she smiled wiping her eyes. “How’s everyone back home?”

“Everyone’s good, Dads been pretending that he’s not interested but keeps creeping into the living room whenever it’s on,” her mum joked.

Y/n rolled her eyes as she asked, “What do you guys think? Like about how I’m carrying myself and everything,”

“Everything we’ve seen it’s just like authentically you and genuine,” her mum replied encouragingly, “You’re supporting those girls, and the way they are all supporting you, especially Melanie and Aniya, that’s love,”

“Thanks mum,” Y/n giggled smiling widely. “What about Caleb?”

“You should’ve of seen us at the Casa recoupling. Oh girl we were about to fly out and bring you home right then,” her sister confessed.

“No when he came in I just saw red, and I know you told me not to lose my head but..” Y/n sighed.

“I loved it,” her sister smiled cheekily making them all laugh.

“I’m definitely not convinced yet, but I don’t think that’s possible until I meet him,” her mum turned serious.

Y/n nodded, “That’s fair,”

Across the villa, Caleb was talking to his mum and best friend.

“You look tan boy,” his best friend joked shaking his arm.

Caleb laughed as he asked, “How y’all been doing?”

“Yeah amazing, we’ve been watching every night,” his mum smiled.

“What do you think of Y/n?” He asked the both of them.

“She’s beautiful,” his mum smiled, “She’s a great girl and you can tell she really likes you and you really like her,”

“But, Caleb, we have to talk about Casa Amor. That was so disrespectful and you should be thankful she took you back,” his mum looked sternly at him.

He nodded quickly like a scolded child “Yeah I’m so grateful like I couldn’t lose someone that perfect,”

His mum smiled giddily at him as he turned to his best friend.

“Bro, before you even came in I knew she was the one you were going to go for,” his best friend confessed, “You got a good one though, she seems nice,”

“Do you want to meet her properly?” he asked them both as they both nodded enthusiastically.

They approached Y/n, her mum and sister him introducing himself properly.

Y/n’s mum started, “Unfortunately we have had to see you guys ups and downs,” she paused, “But I’ve been saying that no relationship is perfect and you both have so much room to grow,”

They both nodded as Caleb’s mum agreed, “Yeah it’s been a hard watch at times, I hated seeing you cry,” she gestured to Y/n with a warm smile, “But I think it’s shows the strength in your connection that you were able to move past it,”

“I just want you to know how much I like your daughter and what an amazing job you have done when raising her,” Caleb turned to Y/n’s mum. “She’s always keeping me on my toes,” he joked.

“Your mum has done an incredible job with you too,” her mum winked at him, “Less kissing other girls now,” she pointed a finger at him accusingly.

“No more, she’s the only girl I ever want to kiss,” he said wrapping his arms around her shoulders and kissing the side of her head.

“What do you think?” Y/n smiled gesturing to her little sister.

“Hmm I’m not convinced yet,” she said narrowing her eyes at him, “But you guys are cute,”

Their mums carried on talking for the rest of the time, basically like they had known each other for years before the producers told them to say their goodbyes.

Y/n hugged her mum and sister, Caleb doing the same with his mum and best friend before they hugged each others.

Caleb’s mum pulled Y/n into a tight hug whispering in her ear, “Thank you for looking after my son,”

Y/n whispered back, “Your son is amazing, thank you for giving me your blessing,”

Soon after they were walking out, Caleb wrapped his arms around her waist looking into her eyes, “We did it baby,” he said pecking her lips before leaning in for a proper kiss.

“My mum loved you,” he smiled.

“I loved her oh my gosh, I can’t wait to go home and spend more time with her and your family,” she smiled excitedly. “You gotta do some grovelling with my sister though,” she raised her eyebrows.

“I’ll do whatever it takes,” he smiled leaning in to kiss her again.

Corbin pulled Y/n for a chat, they sat down on the daybeds as he started, “Firstly I know you are really getting on with Caleb and I wouldn’t want to get in the way of that at all. But, I feel like I just want to get something off my chest for me,”

Y/n pursed her lips, silently understanding what this conversation was about to entail.

“I feel like I don’t regret anything I’ve done with Kenzie like making her my girlfriend and stuff, but like over the past couple days I’ve felt like I’m gravitating towards you and excited to see you in the morning which has surprised me a bit,” he confessed smiling at the girl.

She hummed trying to be respectful as she looked around the villa.

Jen was practically running towards Kenzie her face fierce. As she approached Kenzie she grabbed her hand beckoning her to come with.

Jen and Kenzie sat down on the swing as Jen whispered, “I just overheard KC say to Sincere that Corbin is trying to crack on with Y/n,”

“Shut the fuck up,” Kenzie said through gritted teeth. “What?”

Y/n was desperate to leave this chat with Corbin, the awkwardness and betrayal she felt to Kenzie was immense. Corbin continued to talk to her not noticing her avoidant behaviour, “I really get on well with you in here, we have good conversations,”

“Yeah I think we get on but you just made Kenzie your girlfriend like three days ago. So I just don’t think it’s right,” Y/n replied.

Just as she replied Kenzie stormed over, “You like her?”

“We’re just having a conversation,” Corbin defended himself.

“No because I just heard that you told your boys that you want to get to know her,” Kenzie raised her voice her face close to his.

“I never said that,” Corbin sighed shaking his head.

Kenzie continued to scream in his face as Caleb noticed Y/n’s uncomfortable stance. He walked over calmly approaching the escalated situation.

Lots of islanders were gathered around Y/n and Corbin shouting at Corbin accusingly. Caleb pushed through the group grabbing Y/n’s hand and walked her away from the group.

She wrapped her arm around his, leaning in closer for comfort. He kissed her forehead as he held her tighter. They walked to the kitchen him lifting her onto the counter with ease.

“You alright? That was intense,” he asked her putting her hair behind her ear.

She nodded, her hands shaking slightly. He noticed grabbing her hands and stroking them gently. A tear fell from her cheek as he looked at her with such love and care.

He wiped at her eye, trying to stop the tears. “You’re good, you’re good,” he soothed.

“Why am I even crying, so dramatic,” she rolled her eyes shaking her head.

He held her face as he wiped her tears away, “No that was intense, you can cry,” he whispered.

“I just feel guilty,” she sighed looking upwards to stop the tears.

“You shouldn’t, I understand why you do but it was his decision to do that not you,” he reassured looking into her eyes, “Your eyes look so pretty right now,”

She smiled leaning in to kiss him. He wrapped his arms around her as he lifted her up, her legs wrapping around his waist.

The shouting continued around them but in their own little world nothing else mattered by each other.

Corbin and Y/n had been coupled up since he came in. She liked him, he was attractive, he had a good personality and he really liked her.

“I’m so proud I am the only one, who is special in her heart”

Everything was great, until the bed challenge, where Ariana announced, “Please welcome Caleb!”

In walked in a dirty blonde guy with a cheeky smile, exactly Y/n’s type.

And when he was given the opportunity to kiss the girls, he made a beeline for Y/n, “Hey Y/n,” he whispered leaning in to kiss her lips passionately.

Corbin watched on, his jaw clenching as the kiss went on longer than he thought necessary.

“I don’t understand the way you think, saying that she’s yours not mine,”

Caleb and Y/n got on immediately, she laughed more than she had the whole time she had been in there. He was nice, respectful and insanely good looking.

That didn’t stop Corbin, he just tried harder. He made her breakfast in the morning hoping to get there before Caleb, and grafted her hard, dropping all of his other connections.

But still Caleb and Y/n grew closer. She wasn’t disrespectful to Corbin she still pulled him for chats, still smiled when he complimented her but her eyes still wandered to look at Caleb from time to time.

When Ariana returned and revealed, “Caleb, the girl America wants you to couple up with is… Y/n,”

Corbin watched her smile at him, him offering his hand as she stood up sitting down next to him.

“Corbin you are now single and vulnerable,” Ariana announced.

Even when he was at the front of the fire pit his eyes still found her. He watched Caleb’s arm around her, his jealousy seeping out.

“But we both cannot have her, so it’s one or the other”

“Bro you might want to go and crash that,” KC said gesturing to Caleb and Y/n chatting.

“Nah bro I’m confident. Like she didn’t choose to be with him, I know our connection is stronger,” Corbin shrugged nonchalantly.

But when it came to the football challenge, he saw it. The way she lit up around him, she laughed loudly and when they kissed she practically melted into him. His confidence deflated, maybe she wasn’t his anymore.

“Don’t build your hopes up to be let down,”

He pulled her for a chat later that day. They sat on the dock as he asked her, “Who are you feeling more out of me and Caleb?”

“I’ve like getting to know you both these last few days. Like you’re both such amazing people, so I haven’t really made a decision yet,” she replied.

“I just want you to know that I really like you and there’s feelings there,” Corbin confessed.

“Yeah there’s feelings from my side too, but I just also like Caleb, and we have a good connection,” she nodded.

“I’ve got a text!” Someone shouted from across the villa interrupting their chat, “Islanders tonight you will be writing love letters to the islander you want to couple up with,”

“Oh shit,” Corbin sighed his hands rubbing over his face in distress.

“I don’t believe it… the girl is mine,”

“Caleb and Y/n, America coupled you up together… but do you agree with America or do you want to explore other connections,” Ariana started.

Caleb looked at her smiling as she opened her mailbox. “Y/n, you have two letters, please read the first one,”

“Dear Y/n, from the moment I walked into the villa, I’ve been lost in your eyes. You light up every room you walked into with your smile and bubbly personality. But your beauty goes way deeper than just your looks. You have the kindest, most caring soul. Anytime I’m feeling down or homesick, I see you and just your presence lifts me up,” she teared up wiping at her eyes as she read it out, “With every conversation, laugh and kiss I feel myself getting closer and closer to you. I can’t wait to see where our connection takes us. Love, Caleb,”

“That was so sweet,” she smiled, wiping a stray tear from her face. He smiled back giving her a small wink.

“Y/n please read your second letter,” Ariana told the girl with a small smile.

She opened the second letter reading it out, “Dear Y/n, our connection from the start has been amazing. From the minute America broke us apart, I knew we had something that was not worth giving up. When I’m with you my energy feels brighter. I love that you make me feel important and appreciated. You are extremely sexy and I like the way you laugh at my jokes. I care for you loads and I can’t wait to see how our connection grows, Love Corbin,”

“Thank you,” she said putting the letter back into the envelope.

“So, Y/n you have a letter from Corbin and from your current couple, Caleb. So let’s see what’s inside Corbin’s mailbox,” Ariana announced.

Corbin opened his mailbox, looking inside. There was no letter. Y/n sighed closing her eyes, guilt consuming her. “Unfortunately there are no letters in your mailbox. That means Y/n didn’t write back and doesn’t want to be in a couple with you. Please take a seat.”

“Caleb, please open your mailbox,” Ariana said.

He opened it, the letter sat in there like a reminder to Corbin. Caleb opened the letter smiling slightly at it, “Dear Caleb, I came to Love Island to find someone who made me laugh, complimented me and noticed all the little things about me, I can confidently say that you are all of those things plus more. When you walked in, I obviously thought you were extremely attractive but I had no idea we would have such a strong connection almost immediately.” he paused for a moment taking a breath, “Ever since our first kiss on that gigantic bed and our first conversation that same night I knew I wanted to know more about you. I love your smile and the way you look at me when we are talking. I love your goofy laugh and the way you listen to me in our conversations and never interrupt me. I can’t wait to watch our connection grow and evolve in here. Love, Y/n.”

He turned to her smiling widely as she scrunched her face up embarrassed. “Caleb how did the letter make you feel?” Ariana asked him.

“I feel amazing, I mean from the moment I walked in I felt it and I’m glad that she did too,” he smiled at Ariana.

“Congratulations, Caleb and Y/n you have both chosen to stay in your couple, please take a seat,” Ariana smiled as she watched the pair sit down.

Corbin watched the two of them, his heart beating harshly against his chest. He watched as she looked at Caleb, her eyes practically sparkling and that’s when he knew, the girl was no longer his.

“It didn’t mean anything, I want to be with you,” he sighed, his eyes watering. “It was just Casa, just a test,”

“Casa is only a test if you want it to be a test, Caleb,” she screamed at him, mascara smudges under her eyes.

“I don’t know why I did it, I don’t know,” he shouted back at her, “I regret it so much you don’t understand. I would do anything,”

“Cut the bullshit, you did what you did. You knew what you were doing and you knew how much I liked you too,” She shook her head walking off the dock.

“Nah, Y/n don’t be like that, come on,” Caleb sighed, grabbing her arm. “It doesn’t have to be like this,”

“This is your doing, you kissed that girl after telling me you loved me and that you wanted to close it off, so don’t start this bullshit that it’s doesn’t have to be like this, YOU made it like this,” she shouted pointing her finger at him her anger obvious. “Don’t speak to me again in here ok?”

Her face was cold as she stared harshly into his eyes, she turned away leaving him standing there hopeless. He sat down realising how much he had hurt her, his chest hurt with regret.

Caleb sat in soul ties, he spent the whole night, replaying his actions. Why did he have to ruin everything?

Bryce approached the boy sitting next to him and putting a hand on his shoulder, “I know you like her a lot bro—“

“No I love her, like there’s no one else in the world I want to be with,” he cut Bryce off, burying his head in his hands.

“Bro you can’t expect her to be okay with you kissing other girls and coming back and expecting everything to be fine and normal,” Bryce sighed.

“I want to be with her so bad, like there’s no one else, but I just keep hurting her,” he said, wiping at his eyes watching her from afar, “She’s so beautiful, she needs someone who makes her happy all the time,”

He watched as she smiled at the girls but it didn’t fully reach her eyes. His heart hurt, that he was the reason for her red eyes and fake smile, all the guilt consuming him.

“But you’ve seen me truly happy, so you know right now I’m not,”

Caleb approached Y/n, “I know you said never to speak to you again in here. But I need to tell you something,” he pleaded, “I promise it won’t be long,”

They sat down on the swing, Caleb fidgeting with his fingers, Y/n looking at him expectantly, “Ok, I don’t know how to say this,” he paused taking a deep breath, “I’m gonna leave the villa today. And before you say anything I’ve already made my decision,”

Y/n tried to protest but Caleb continued, “I can’t be here with you knowing how much I have hurt you,” he paused tears coming out of his eyes, “I love you so much, but I love you too much to stay here and impact you from moving on from me,”

“I’m not good for you. You’re so beautiful, so smart and you’re hilarious, I don’t deserve you,” he continued, “So I want to give you the opportunity to find someone who will look after you and never hurt you the way I have,”

She nodded mouthing a thank you to him, leaning in to hug him tears streaming down her face. “I’ll miss you,” she whispered as she pulled away.

“I’ll miss you too,” he sighed wiping his eyes before he turned announcing to the rest of the villa, “Guys can everyone come to the fire pit please,”

All the islanders gathered around the fire pit, confused looks all around.

“So, I just haven’t been having a great time in here the last few days, I’ve hurt people I care about a lot in here and I just can’t pretend that it’s not eating away at me,” he said his voice breaking, “So I’m going to leave the villa today,”

The islanders all had tears streaming down their faces as Caleb packed up his things, and said his goodbyes.

Y/n leaned into Aniya’s shoulder, sobs wracking out of her as he walked out, “It’s okay baby,” Aniya soothed the girl hugging her.

She sat on the edge of the steps at the exit to the villa, her head in her hands her body shaking with sobs.

Y/n was called into the confession room by the producers.

“HELLO AMERICA and welcome to aftersun,” Ciara started, “I’m your host, Ciara Miller,”

Tefi chimed in, “I am also your host, Tefi Pessoa,”

“Where do you think we should start?”

“I think we have to talk about our biggest dumping yet!” Ciara said, “5 people left the villa, Caleb, Y/n, Gal, Amora and Jen!”

“All 5 dumped islanders are here, and we have the never before seen footage moments after they were dumped,” Tefi revealed. “Feast your eyes,”

The screen switched to the scenes of their dumping, first was Jens. She was taken to a nearby building for all the dumped islanders. Moments later, Gal and Amora walked in closely followed by Caleb and Y/n.

“Noo my babys, how were you dumped?” Jen sighed hugging the two of them.

Y/n shrugged, “To be honest, I don’t really care I mean I found what I was looking for so..” leaning into Caleb as he kissed her forehead.

Jen looked at the pair of them, smiling lightly.

They talked a little while longer about how they were dumped and who voted for who before the producer asked “Alright you guys ready to go to the hotel?”, they all agreed immediately, exhausted from the long night.

The screen switched back to Ciara and Tefi, “Welcome back to AfterSun,” Tefi smiled, “Last night we watched, one of the publics favourite couples get dumped… Caleb and Y/n,”

“We are now going to show you the moment they get their phones back,” Ciara announced.

The screen cut to Caleb and Y/n sat together on a couch, the producers handing them their phones.

“Oh my gosh, it’s just so weird holding it,” Caleb said, Y/n agreeing with him.

“Everything’s just going crazy,” Y/n giggled.

“Shall we check Instagram together?” Caleb asked her.

She nodded opening the app to 99+ notifications, “Oh my god,” her jaw dropped, “650 thousand followers what?”

“Wait what did you start with?” the producer asked her.

“Like 3 thousand this is insane,” she said turning to Caleb looking over his shoulder, “Shit baby, 430k?”

He turned to her, “Oh my god look at the comments, I love them together, My winners, no this is crazy,”

He pecked her lips before the producers asked him how he felt about everything, “I had a hard time in there before this one came in,” he gestured to Y/n, “But coming out to so much love for both of us just makes it all worth it,”

“Alright let’s call my mum,” Y/n said turning to Caleb, “Do you want to talk to her?”

“Of course beautiful,” he said kissing the side of her face.

Her mums face popped up on the screen, Y/n’s eye starting to water. “Hey, how are you doing Y/n/n?”

“I’m good, I’ve missed you all loads,” she sighed through watery eyes.

“Where’s Caleb? I wanna speak to him,” she asked the girl bluntly.

“Oh mum so you didn’t miss me?” she joked rolling her eyes, pulling Caleb into the camera, “Hello, it’s so lovely to meet you,” he said nervously.

“Oh my gosh, Caleb it is so lovely to meet you. You’ve been looking after our girl very good,” her mum ranted, throwing compliments at him.

“She’s been taking good care of me too,” he smiled leaning in further to Y/n so he’s more in the camera.

“Before she even walked in, I said to her dad that she was going to go for you,” Y/n’s mum confessed, “And I want you to know that you are a lovely respectful man and I want that for my daughter,”

“That means a lot, thank you,” he smiled kissing Y/n’s cheek, “You’ve raised a beautiful and wonderful girl, you should be proud,”

Her mum teared up, “Thank you Caleb, we all can’t wait to meet you in person,”

They said their goodbyes as the clip ended flashing back to Ciara and Tefi.

“Please welcome, Caleb and Y/n!” they squealed.

They hugged both of them before sitting in the two chairs.

“So Y/n as we have just seen you got to talk to your mum. How was that?” Ciara asked.

“Yeah, it was emotional for sure but I was so happy to see her, like I’m really close to her so being away for so long has been really difficult,” she confessed.

“What was it like hearing her opinion on Caleb?” Tefi asked as Y/n pulled her hair behind her ears.

“Yeah it was amazing. I’m so glad that they see what I see and my family’s opinion is really important to me, so yeah I’m so happy,” she smiled turning to Caleb.

“What about you Caleb? What was that like for you?” they questioned.

“Nerve wracking for sure, but I’m so happy that her parents like me and I can’t wait to get to know them more,” Caleb replied his hand landing on Y/n’s thigh.

“By the way Caleb we need to clear something up… 20/13 vision is much better than 20/30,” Tefi clarified.

“I told y’all!” he exclaimed excitedly.

“You got pilot vision,” Ciara giggled.

“Maybe that’s why I saw things she didn’t,” he joked making Y/n laugh.

“No disrespect to Y/n but if things would have worked out with Kenzie would you still have persued other connections like Y/n,” Tefi asked gesturing to Y/n.

Y/n tensed up, awkwardness seeping into the conversation as Caleb opened his mouth to respond, “Look I mean we can say what’s ifs and maybes but at the end of the day my connection with Y/n is a lot stronger than it ever was with Kenzie,”

“Good answer,” Ciara nodded, smirking slightly.

“Caleb you’ve said in the last few episodes maybe you have come out of your shell a bit more. Because I’ve seen you doing the worm on TikTok,” Tefi laughed.

“I think infront of all the cameras and having to constantly talk to everyone you don’t have the time to sit with yourself and your emotions,” he said squeezing Y/n’s thigh slightly.

“I also think that they didn’t show a lot of that, like from the moment I met him he was full of energy and enthusiasm but I think he’s also really mature,” Y/n said smiling at him. “I mean some people have said that we were boring but I think it’s just because we were so for each other that we didn’t really need to explore,”

Caleb nodded before Tefi continued, “You two have also gained Americas love. I’ve seen the outrage at your dumping, has it all sunk in yet?”

“No it’s insane, like my notifications are full,” Y/n joked.

“Mad,” Caleb shook his head.

“Also Y/n we have to talk about movie night…” Ciara raised her eyebrows. “How did you feel about Kenzie comments,”

“I think they were uncalled for. I mean calling me a game player when all she’s done in there is play with two guys at once. I really don’t know if it’s jealousy or just snarky comments, but at the end of the day I’ve been true to myself and I’ve found myself a man,” Y/n replied bluntly, Caleb laughing at her comments trying to cover his smile.

“Ok girl, preach,” Tefi said encouragingly.

“You touched on earlier how some people said you were boring or quiet, why do you think that is?” Ciara asked.

“I think I’ve always been more introverted, like from a young age. I struggle in big groups to like get into the conversation so maybe that’s why?” Caleb replied turning to Y/n, “I think we are quite similar in that way but like the moment we’re together we are just always laughing and joking,”

“Yeah, I think like speaking in a big group of people is daunting to me, but when we speak just us two it’s just easy and comfortable,” she smiled.

“Ok last question, we have to ask, are you two still together? or still talking…” they said sheepishly.

“Very much together,” Caleb confirmed, “No labels yet but I think they will be coming very soon,” he winked as she blushed at his comment.

The girls cheered, squealing together, “You guys found love on Love Island!!”

The rest of the islanders cheered as Y/n groaned, “I literally can’t be sexy,”

Rob lifted his head from its place on Y/n’s stomach, “I’m gonna show you all my skills,” he said winking at her, “I gotta proper snake you can wrangle,”

“Ew Rob, that’s gross,” she groaned a disgusted look on her face, “But I mean if you’re offering,” she joked winking as she walked off to find the girls.

Serena and Y/n walked to the fire pit together hand in hand, sitting down as one of the girls started chanting “Bring the boys!!”

They all joined in, laughing loudly as they anticipated the boys arrival.

Kenny was first down the stairs, he was wearing a football player costume making JaNa fan herself in the face. Y/n screamed as he started doing moves on the floor, then made his way to Kaylor.

“Yeah, Kenny!” Y/n cheered, Kenny making his way to all the girls, jokingly twerking when he got to Y/n. She burst out laughing, giggling into Serena’s shoulder as he moved on to JaNa.

He grinded on her making her giggle and squeal as the girls screamed “Oh my gosh!!”

“Yes Kenny!!!” JaNa giggled as he walked off and up the stairs, “That wins for me,”

“Bring em out!!!” Leah cheered excitedly clapping her hands.

Y/n leaned down to fix her heel before looking up and seeing Rob in a cowboy outfit.

Y/n cheered as Serena nudged her raising her eyebrows, Y/n leaned whispering, “ I have nothing appropriate to say,”

Rob continued to make his way to the group before stopping and saying, “Careful ladies, there’s a snake in my pants,”

Y/n laughed as Rob did this thing with Serena, lifting her up with one arm. Her jaw dropping more as he went through the girls, before approaching her, “Stand up,”

“Yes sir,” she giggled as she stood. He immediately hoisted her up into his arms, gripping her thighs tight around his waist.

He squeezed her legs with his hands, connecting their lips while she was in the air. He forced his tongue in immediately, making her gasp.

Rob walked the two backwards towards the front of the fire pit, still making out with the girl.

He gently lowered her, pulling back from her lips to assault her neck with kisses. His hips repeatedly thrusted into hers while doing so.

He slithered down her body and lifted one of her legs onto his shoulder, littering kisses down her inner thigh. He pulled away suddenly before whispering in her ear, “Deja vu huh?”

Her eyes went wide as his lips crashed onto hers, both fighting for dominance, his hand squeezing her waist as the girls screamed.

He pulled back, placing one lasting kiss on her lips before he slid back and stood up. He bent slightly as she started to get up, throwing her over his shoulder.

He lightly slapped her ass, before placing her down on the couch and giving her one last kiss.

“Well fuck,” Leah cackled, looking at everyone.

“Vote us for the Hideaway next gosh!” Y/n joked fanning herself.

The rest of the boys went, Y/n not fully focusing thinking about her turn.

It was now the girls turn. Kaylor went up first, dressed as a cheerleader. Then was Serena dressed as a cowgirl. Leah went after, as a nurse. Then it was Y/n’s turn.

The opening beat of the song started as she exited the villa. Y/n pushed her nerves down as she strutted towards the fire pit.

Her outfit was a blue body suit, handcuffs hanging off of it and a hat, police stitched on the front in big letters.

Rob was physically frozen in his seat when she came into view. His mouth was slightly ajar as she stared at her outfit.

“Shit,” Kordell laughed, slapping his friend’s shoulders.

Rob couldn’t even gather a response as Y/n stood at the front of the fire pit, a smirk evident on her face.

“Hello boys, I’ve had a few complaints about all of you,” she joked trying not to laugh as she slowly unzipped her body suit slightly revealing her lacy bra, “I guess I’ll have to investigate,”

Rob rubbed his hand down his face in awe, “Fuck me,”

Y/n strutted up to Miguel first, as he was on the end seat. She pushed his legs open and turned around, dropping to the ground and slowly shimmying her ass back up.

She quickly flicked back around to face the boy. She put a leg up on the couch beside him and gripped the side of his neck and face with one hand, forcing him to look up.

She lowered her voice to sound more sultry, "Routine heart inspection, looking a little elevated." winking at him playfully.

Maura then moved onto the girls. Kaylor's raising the most for Aaron. Serena's heart rate raising the most for Kordell. Sierra, Leah, and Nicole's heart rates were all raised the most by Kordell. JaNa's heart rate was raised the most by Kenny.

IT HAD been two days since Caleb and Y/n’s argument. She hadn’t uttered a word to him since, practically running away whenever he was near. He noticed, of course. His heart sinking more each time he saw her.

They walked to the fire pit, sitting down far away but also close. He started, “I just want to make my amends with you. Shit went down between me and her, we kissed, cuddled and hugged like all of that happened,”

She couldn’t make eye contact with him as he continued, “Regardless of that situation, it’s dead. This is about you and me,” he sighed, “I’ve been completely transparent with you about what went down there and you made your decision,”

She interrupted, “You made your decision, you recoupled with this girl, Caleb,” her voice broke.

“I’m not trying— shit i’m sorry, the way I was going about it I told her how much I liked you every day and when I recoupled I told her that this doesn’t fully mean recoupled,” Caleb said his hands moving around.

“If you felt like that connection was so strong to where it doesn’t matter about how I would feel, like kissing and saying you feel guilty but leaning in and doing it again. And you coming back with her knowing that I would be single and expecting me to be okay with you getting to know her in-front of me,” she ranted at him.

“It’s not like that—“ he tried.

“You knew how I felt about you, you knew. And I thought you felt that same way,” she sighed.

“I do, I do,” he sighed his face upset as she shook her head, “You don’t though,”

“I know you care, I knew that from the jump and I’ve seen how much you care, and I’ve seen how much i’ve fucked up. But I need you to know that there wasn’t a time where I didn’t think of you,” he confessed. “I’m trying to let you know that I want you,”

Her eyes fell to her lap, her heart racing so fast it felt like it might burst.

“I’ve always wanted you from the moment I walked in, you know that,” he sighed.

“Yeah but how do I know? I wanted you to come in here after Casa and tell me that it was just me that you only wanted me. But you didn’t so how can I believe you?” she asked her eyes watering again.

“I’m not expecting you to welcome me back with open arms, I don’t expect any of that, but I want you to know that I’m willing to fight for you,” he replied staring at her features.

“I just don’t know,” she shook her head. “We’ll see,”

He laughed at her, “Come on, give me a hug,”

“No, no,” she replied putting her hands up.

He put his arm around her, her shying away and offering him a handshake. “Fine girl,” he sighed shaking her hand as they went their separate ways.

Y/n spent the rest of the day thinking about their chat. She felt disrespected as fuck, but she also liked him a lot more than she thought. Even more after that conversation.

“Girls I think I’m fucked,” she sighed as she sat down with Aniya and Kayda on the sofa. “I really want to be back with him,”

The two girls listened intently, “I miss him so much, like just seeing him across the villa and not being able to go near him it’s killing me,”

“I get it girl, but just remember that that man hurt you bad, but just know we support any decision you make,” Kayda said matter of factly.

“Everyone knows how much you like each other, it’s just…. forgive but don’t forget,” Aniya told the girl sternly.

She nodded as her phone buzzed, “I’ve got a text!” she shouted making everyone turn to look at her, “Islanders it’s time to grab your popcorn and get ready for movie night!”

The girls all gathered in the dressing room, “I apologise in advance if I’ve said anything horrible,” Melanie announced to the group.

“Me too,” Y/n agreed.

Y/n pulled on her outfit as she talked to Trinity, “I’m just scared because I think me and Caleb are trying to move forward and if I see shit tonight it might just fuck all that up,” she sighed.

“Don’t worry girl, I think you just got to trust him,” Trinity reassured, “Just hope he was fully transparent,”

She nodded, her nervous demeanour obvious, “Come on baby, we got this,” Trinity said grabbing her hand as they walked downstairs.

There was a big screen set up in the garden, two couches facing it. The girls all sat down, Y/n squeezed between Melanie and Kayda,

“Let the truths be told,” Corbin announced to the group making the girls roll their eyes.

“Can the movie start? I’m sick of the trailers,” Melanie sighed grabbing Y/n’s hand.

Jen stood up grabbing the coin to see who gets to pick the movie. She flipped it, landing on the boys. “Let’s go,” they all cheered.

“Let’s open door 6,” Corbin announced.

The screen flashed up with Zach talking to a girl in an angel costume. Clips of them kissing and talking about their connection.

Y/n turned to Kayda grabbing her hand as Kayda whispered, “I’m not going to cry,”

“It’s okay baby,” Y/n sighed kissing her hand.

When the movie finished, the silence was loud. No one spoke for a while before Zach broke the silence, “I apologise… uhm I don’t really know what to say,”

“That just sucked to see,” Kayda sighed dabbing at her eyes.

“I wish I could take it back, like seeing you cry like that it wasn’t worth it,” Zach confessed.

“I have nothing to say,” she shrugged her shoulders.

Carl stood up next flipping the coin, it landing on boys again. “We’re going to pick door 8,” he announced as he sat down.

It was KC, he was talking about how Aniya and him hadn’t done anything and him calling her a grandma.

Y/n shook her head, anger simmering in her veins at the disrespect for her friend.

More clips of him saying horrible things about Aniya flashed up.

When a clip of the recoupling came up, “Where’s the angel girl?” Kayda asked.

“She left after day two,” one of the casa girls said.

“What the fuck,” Kayda said her eyes wide as she looked at Y/n.

The movie finished, KC speaking up, “There isn’t really much to say, but what I will say is that I’m sorry again,”

He kept trying to justify his actions, but Y/n interrupted him, “So everything you were saying was because you felt unwanted right?” she paused waiting for him to agree, “But everything you said in that was about lust nothing to do with your connection with Aniya,”

“That’s fair,” he shrugged “But I don’t believe that Aniya was fully in the connection,”

Y/n shook her head, rolling her eyes about to clap back but Melanie grabbed her hand whispering “Not worth it,”

“Well I just found out information, Alannah fucking left. So if she didn’t leave would you have picked her?” Kayda asked as the argument settled down.

“Bullshit,” Kayda sighed sitting back against the couch.

“It’s weird to leave it out,” Y/n said as Kayda agreed nodding.

“I was going to pick you anyway, I made my decision way before she left,” Zach continued.

“Okay moving on, next movie please,” Kayda said trying to move past the situation.

She picked up the coin flipping it, landing on girls, “Let’s go ladies,” she giggled as she sat down.

“We pick 10,” Aniya called out.

The screen flashed up counting down 3, 2, 1…

The movie started, Y/n on the screen doing her makeup as Trinity asked her, “How are you feeling, Y/n?”

On the screen she groaned, “I just feel like I just want Caleb,”

Trinity said “Girl don’t stress, think he’s had a chance to explore other people and he hasn’t…”

“I know I’m just gonna look so stupid,” her voice breaking.

“No you’re not baby, you’re not,” Trinity reassured hugging the girl tightly. “You’re not going to look stupid,”

Her eyes started to water as she watched herself, the two girls next to her trying to comfort her.

The screen cut to when the girls received the post card, “That’s Caleb, no fuck off, no,” Kenzie sighed on the video.

“What the fuck? Has he lost his head?” Y/n groaned her face disgusted. “This is exactly why I move the way I move because of disrespectful people like him,”

“He’s telling me everything I want to hear, but the moment he’s out of my sight he’s practically on top of other girls,” she rolled her eyes storming off upstairs.

She was now in the dressing room sitting on the floor, her eyes watering, “I can’t believe I was crying over this man earlier, I will not be giving him the satisfaction of my tears,” she said trying not to cry. “But why does this keep happening to me?”

The movie finished after that clip as Y/n tried to lighten the mood, “Ooo that one was rough,”

“You stood so strong baby,” Kayda hugged the girl kissing her cheek. “You have so much strength beautiful,”

Caleb sat there, his eyes filled with regret, he whispered to Sincere, “Seeing that shit hurt me a little bit, and I ain’t got no place to be hurt but gosh,”

“Look I just want to say again I’m sorry for my actions, seeing you upset it hurt and it wasn’t worth it seeing you like that,” he apologised sincerely.

Y/n sighed but nodded at his comment, her expression unreadable.

A few more movies played, before Y/n stood up flipping the coin it landing on the girls, “We pick door 2,”

The countdown commenced again and the screen flashed of Caleb and Y/n talking before Casa Amor.

“Oh here we go,” Y/n sighed.

“You’re like the only girl I want in here,” Caleb smiled pulling her hair behind her ear. “You’re so beautiful,”

“I only want you too,” Y/n smiled brightly back at him leaning in to peck his lips.

The screen then cut to the Sweet as Pie challenge, the boys choosing Y/n as wifey material and Caleb picking her up and kissing her.

Y/n smiled at the memory, remembering how kissing him had felt.

The clip cut to Caleb in the confession room, “I mean I’m going to marry that girl,” he winked at the camera.

Y/n felt her eyes water as she watched him say that, the girls turning to her with wide eyes. She heard Caleb sigh regretfully, “Fuck,”

But the clip wasn’t done, cutting to Caleb kissing all the girls in the heart rate challenge.

“Look I’m open at the end of the day,” he sighed in the confessional. “Y/n who?” he joked.

“Now how is that the same guy?” Kayda asked rhetorically shaking her head at Caleb.

The clip finished after that, Y/n swallowing before asking him, “So which one is real? Because that’s not the same person so which one is really you then?”

“I know it looks really bad, but I promise the one in Casa was a joke I promise girl, I didn’t mean it,” Caleb replied his expression genuine.

“But I don’t get how you expect me to trust you when the moment you get away from me you start acting like that,” she sighed leaning back against the couch.

“Girl all I’m saying is that the first chat I had with him, he mentioned you like 5 times, so the who comment was just a joke,” Jaiden clarified.

Y/n nodded, closing her eyes and composing herself after that clip. Seeing him say that he would marry her hit more than she would like to admit, her anger that he ruined it creeping back in.

The girls and boys split off after movie night was over. But Caleb didn’t want to waste any time. He approached the group, “Can I steal Y/n for a chat?”

The girls nodded as Y/n got up following the boy to the balcony. They sat down opposite each other, Caleb looking at her intensely. “I just want to apologise for putting you through that again, I know that I can apologise as many times but I think me admitting where I was wrong and where I fucked up means more,”

“I don’t want to knock you for exploring or having your connection, I definitely do think that I could’ve have done a better job at like navigating the situation than just screaming at you,” Y/n replied.

“No, I like it,” he smirked at her. “Jokes aside, I really do wanna continue things with the two of us but obviously that’s not in my jurisdiction right now,”

“I do wanna continue things,” she smiled at him.

“So let’s make it work then,” he winked at her shuffling closer.

“I want us to work on this together and then close it off because I don’t want anyone else,” he added.

“I just want to start by saying any problem I have is with him not you. You had a job you came in and you did it. So like no disrespect towards you girl,” Y/n reassured the blonde girl.

“Thank you girl for that,” Jaiden replied smiling at the girl. “I appreciate it,”

“Like I want you to that my reaction was genuinely because I didn’t expect it,” she confessed, “I thought that he maybe would explore in Casa, but I never thought he would move mad or anything,”

“Yeah, I mean going into Casa if Caleb had told me no look i’m 100% closed off or I don’t want to get to know anyone then I would have never gone there. I’m a girls girl,” Jaiden replied.

It had been a long day of chatting, crying and avoiding people as the girls got ready for the night.

Y/n stood infront of the mirror fixing her outfit and putting her heels on. Her face was still slightly puffy from all the crying but she still looked good as fuck.

Kayda approached the girl, “Whatever happens tonight just know you are a bad bitch and any man would be the luckiest to have you,”

“And you came back here, smug as shit with her just to rub it into my face,” she continued tears running down her cheeks.

“I brought her back to explore the connection more,” he defended himself.

“I want to explore you both,” he sighed.

“So you greedy then or just plain disrespectful,” she rolled her eyes, “You’re saying that your connection with her for THREE DAYS is the same as ours for two weeks,”

“We all scared girl don’t worry,” Trinity reassured her grabbing her hand.

All the islanders nodding before she continued, “Casa Amor is the ultimate relationship test. Girls you each have a huge decision to make. I’m going to ask you one by one if you’d like to stay with the boy you’re currently coupled up with, or if you’d like to recouple with one of these boys standing in front of you,” she said gesturing towards the boys.

Jen picked Gal, Y/n smiling as the pair sat down together.

Ariana nodded, "Ok Y/n you have decided to stay in a couple with Caleb. If he walks in with one of the girls from Casa Amor you will be single and vulnerable. But if he walks in alone, he’s all yours. Let's find out what Caleb has decided to do,”

"I'm fucking shaking," Y/n turned to the girls shaking her head.

She heard footsteps, coming around the corner. Heels clicking against the floor.

"Shut the fuck up," Aniya sighed grabbing the girls hand, "No tears baby,"

"Baby remember who the fuck you are," Kayda whispered to the girl grabbing her other hand.

Caleb appeared around the corner, a blonde on his arm.

Y/n rolled her eyes shaking her head. "Fucking mug," she gritted out.

Her eyes didn't leave the pair, burning holes in their faces. Caleb's eyes stayed trained to the floor as they approached the fire pit.

"Hey guys. Welcome to the villa," Ariana greeted the pair, "Caleb as you can see y/n has decided to stay loyal to you how does that make you feel?"

"Not good, my heart has sank a bit," Caleb mumbled.

"Speak up," Y/n said dismissively.

"Obviously it's not nice to see, but I was honest with Jaiden from the beginning on how I feel about Y/n and this is not a like me and Y/n are over or anything," he spoke nervously.

"Says who?" Y/n turned to the girls rolling her eyes.

"I feel like I just owed it to myself to explore that connection," he defended himself.

Y/n was shaking, anger taking over her. She licked her upper teeth as Ariana asked her, "Y/n how does it feel seeing him with someone else?"

"I had my doubts, so I got my answer. I've always been honest in here and he is obviously not the one for me," she shrugged trying to stay composed. "I should've shown from the picture we got of him kissing her in the postcard but we move I guess,"

"Shit don't be like that," He replied regretfully.

"Sorry? Don't be like what? You made your bed, you wanted to have your cake and eat it too but you ain't getting it," she snapped back shaking her head.

The girls hyped her up, "Preach baby,"

"Do you know what I'm glad. I'm glad that your disrespectful ass isn't my problem no more. I just wish that I had explored more with these great guys here " she laughed to herself.

“I know you’re hurting, but I want you to know that I thought about you everyday in there, I didn’t want to hurt you,” he tried to explain to her.

“I’m glad you thought about me while you were cracking on with her. I hope it was worth it.” she finished, her eyes stone cold.

“Ok, Caleb and Jaiden you may now sit down,” Ariana instructed them.

They tried to sit next to Melanie but she shook her head, pointing to the end of the bench.

For the rest of the recoupling Caleb attempted to make eye contact with her, but her expression stayed stoic, her face forward.

“Islanders, the recoupling is now over,” Ariana told the group, “Casa Amor the ultimate relationship test is over. Dating can be difficult, so please remember to be nice to each other while we all figure it out,”

Y/n immediately stood up, linking arms with Aniya walking off, the girls following behind them.

“Fucking joke,” Y/n sighed, “It’s actually funny,”

“Are we fucking stupid? Like who do they think they are ew,” Aniya said her face disgusted.

“I can’t even look at him,” Y/n gagged, “It’s makes me feel ill,”

“I literally felt sick,” Aniya agreed.

“My jaw was on the floor, like I just felt unattraction immediately,” Y/n sighed.

“Babes you are both so much better than those fucking dickheads.” Kayda shook her head, “You deserve so much more,”

Caleb started to approach the group, Y/n shouting, “Don’t even think about coming over here,”

He turned away his head held low, running back to the boys.

“The fucking audacity to come over here, the audacity,” Y/n snarled.

“I think he’s lost his head,” Melanie sighed.

“Fucking joke,” Y/n said standing up with the girls and the group going to get ready for bed.
