I actually just reblogged this, though I’m not exactly sure I have a strong presence within fandom- or at least, not to my knowledge. But, yes, guys, this is important, and competition is tough.

We’re currently up against SuperCorp- Kara and Lena Luthor from Supergirl, which I also ship, but is a HUGE deal for femslash ships. We lost in the face of The 100 killing Lexa and all the Clexa shippers in mourning last year, but this we don’t need to lose this year, not with the current climate of our own fandom and the show itself, as well as media in general refusing to normalize MALE romantic pairings.
