genuine combine harvester

This was a fun indulgent project! Basically, my headcanon is that these two attended university together, where they had their first very passionate fling. After graduation, they had kept in touch but had to go their separate ways while focusing on grad school/work, etc..

Fast forward to some years before the events of XY and they reunite, which is when I imagine this scene. From then onwards they’ve gotten back together for a few happy years. However, shit happens and they split up once again but remain close friends. Events of XY come just a little bit after this, and so on and so forth- you get the picture!

Now that I’ve broken down my perfectworld timeline, I might just be doodling more silly comics that take place during this pre-XY relationship.. 🫢
