Being bi is honestly terrible sometimes. Straight people don’t want you cuz you’re gay and the gays don’t want you cuz you’re straight. People who aren’t bi try to act like you aren’t marginalized because you can “hide” and act like you don’t know what it’s like to be subjugated by our society. They think your problems aren’t problems because you aren’t gay or black or Latino or some other highly discuss d marginalized group. Because being bi isn’t like being gay. It’s not like being a part of any other marginalized group. There’s no actual emphasis on the validity of your sexuality and there’s no discussion about your marginalization and therefore nobody cares even if you do have the strength to leave the closet. Nobody takes biphobia seriously much less values your input on how you deal with it and the ignorance and marginalization borne from it
