Bathmophobia by @greenpoint.beer is a tropical explosion of hop flavor and aroma. Drank this about a month after purchase so that hop character was still fresh but I think a lot of the 8% abv was really mellowed. Super drinkable. Taking you through a #BrewDay one photo at a time. First we stir that malted grain into the hot strike water and let it sit a while. Later we have the end of the boil where I added some late hop additions as well as some orange and lemon zest. Then we oxygenate the wort (prefermented beer). Finally we take a hydrometer reading so we can calculate the alcohol percentage.
