Intro I guess?
Okay so- im Alexandra 😊 I’m from Western Australia and basically I recovered- gained a lot of weight cos I realise now looking back I just swapped out one Ed for another- and now I’m relapsing due to stress after starting a healthy weight loss program not all that long ago; my highest weight was 137.1kg at that time. Some days I can’t even eat over 200 cals regardless of the fact that I’m 131.8kg (290lbs) 😅 currently.
i’m just gonna list my goal weights underneath in lbs and kg.
🥲GW1- 130kg (286lbs) goal reached 18/06/2022
🌻GW2- 120kg (264lbs)
🌿GW3- 110kg (242lbs)
✨GW4- 100kg (220lbs)
🌧GW5- 90kg (198lbs)
🫧GW6- 80kg (176lbs)
☕️GW7- 70kg (154lbs)
🕯GW8 - 60kg (132lbs)
