sick and tired

Well, took a nine month break, gained like 20 lbs 💔 didn’t lose all my progress tho so here’s to getting back to where I was and getting even further maybe

I’ve lost 40 lbs since March and I can’t even tell, if it weren’t for the progress on the scale I think I would genuinely believe I haven’t lost weight. I’m assuming this is some kind of body dysmorphia nonsense but no one in my life has commented on it either, it truly feels like the scale is lying to me.
