i understand how difficult things might seem right now , specially when living in a household with high expectations , and struggling with shyness too.

in my case , when i was in middle and high school , i was very harsh on myself with grades and expectations , but now that time has passed my mentality has changed a lot: i no longer do things for others , but for myself. i chose a degree i liked , and i'm slowly developing the professional skills i've always wanted to have. i encourage you to be kind to youself , and choose for you without trying to reach anyone else's expectations: you set your goals , and you choose how and how fast you get to them. of course , i get that the enviroment you live in might make this hard to archive , but i still hope you can try.

in terms of shyness and awkwardness , i really changed a lot. i used to be a very self aware girl , i really hated myself for my quiet nature and my weak voice. i can assure you , practice makes perfect and time and maturity helps a lot. though i am still on the shy side , i accepted it as who i am and i don't let it affect how i live my life. slowly you can start breaking these fears you have , like for example the fear of speaking out or expressing your opinion. i feel like these are things that improve with time if you slowly put effort in it.

i assure you , once you start working for yourself everything goes for the best. and if you slowly start shifting perspectives , things will become easier with time and by adulthood you'll be slowly becoming the best version of youself :)

it's a slow process , even i myself am still working on this journey , but it's beautiful to see how you become what you've always wanted to be.

eat your meals , sleep enough and also remember to take breaks from work !!
