Hell yes friend you did it! You went to work even though your brain was being mean to you? Fuck yeah you did. Life is so hard, let's celebrate the small victories when we can

Sometimes it’s not “if they wanted to, they would.” Sometimes it’s “I desperately wanted to, but I’m drowning in my own mind, battling a mental health crisis, and absolutely feeling the crushing weight of disappointing you.”
