Pierrot would have the Flightmare

Doctor would have the Razorwhip

Harlequin would have the Slitherwing

Ticket Taker would have the Silver Phantom

Jester would have the Thunder Drum

Columbina would have the Wolly Howl

It’s late at the moment but I might do a deep dive into why I think each one works for them!

So I can’t help but think of another MC with a sort of grunge like look or rather similar to Eve’s video characters

But like an MC that really can’t stand the circus at all - so why not give them a show. Similar to the scene in Cruella.

Dramaturgy or Underdog I think fit the best.

I know this has to make Jester so annoyed, the glare he’s getting back by someone who can equally keep up.

Keeping up in terms of keeping the crowd inbetween. Threatening everything that they’ve worked for with getting fools and possible food supplies as well.

Because who’s the real monster now.

I want to imagine having an MC like that too. One that’s so tired at work because they are going through Mementos during the night trying their best as a solo rebel to deal with the dark miasma’s.

Then to add onto their troubles of course they catch the attention of the Circus. I could see a situation happening with this type of MC trying to save Carol. They’ve been through enough combat situations already to handle five people surly. Least to sneak past them is the original goal. Course that doesn’t happen when trying to take Jester’s fool.

Backing anyone into a corner is never a solid idea.

“Now now pet let her go. Just look at me and this can all..simply go away.” Soothing words. What do those mean to a Rebel though? Words don’t speak truths. They are the false hope and dream that landed them out here. Cast out already.

“This situation truly is unjust, your chances of winning is little.”

“What’s the matter with you? You’ve done better, fought worse- your resolve should be settled. Vow to us, those willing to perform all acts of freedom will be chained forever to the end of time.”

“I am thou, thou art I. I stand before the feeble cowards hiding their faces! Show them how real fools run the show, Ose is present!”

Just to have the MC be able to have the ability to summon multiple persona’s would be an option but personally I believe Ose is a great candidate as a signature one.

Short lore but Ose is part of the Ars Goetia. Plus his abilities include changing people into any shape, along with making his summoner a great scholar. - I choose him mostly for this since the MC can be any gender so I wanted to pick a Persona that would be pretty neutral over all.

Like let the cast be scared for once. Watching a human rip off a mask from their face- blood following with it like a challenge before burning with blue flames.

But my brain tends to associate him the most towards Aishite Aishite Aishite, least with the translation lyrics.

It fits him to well and genuinely while I do love his character, he equally scares me. Like the way he easily gets into the MC’s apartment. Are the people in town blind? Not questioning a tall lanky figure scale the building? Perhaps with the time of night it’s valid but also there has to be at least someone awake.

Maybe that’s how I imagine my own MC though, as I’m the same. When I think something is wrong or something might occur my brain goes into overdrive. Like imagine you just feel something is wrong and turn around way to quick for Pierrot to act?

Would that set him to play it off like he was simply walking in the same direction to hand out fliers. Internally freaking out that a human clocked him. Not physically, but was he acting too much like a Hunter.

I genuinely want to see Pierrot unsettled, because what he and the others went through isn’t an easy recovery. Especially if they are still talking about Columbina. Them re-acting their past might be their way of handling the past yes. Is this healthy? No.

Trying to search for a solution within an ending. You will always be lead back to the same end. You can’t change the outcome of events. No matter how each member wants to remember as.

Im still thinking on a name- Danseur or Cavalier are in mind, would be a swan like enigma

Using the fools like dance partners, yet pushing them to their limit. Cruelty in his heart, twisted radiance in his movements.

Harpy in mind for what type of creature he would be.

OKAY BUT LIKE- he’d fall hard for the MC. “You’d be the most beautiful treasure even among the stars.”

Probably would be around the same height as Doctor or a tad shorter. 

Some lines in mind- because he’d probably be shoving Pierrot out of the way 😫

Just how peacefully something as simply as a swing is. With the thought process of Pierrot just gently pushing the chains. Nothing to forceful that would send one flying but just rocking back and forth.

“Have you ever been on a swing before?”

“I haven’t my dearest. This is more than enough just to push you..”

If Pierrot is a provider or proving examples that you simply don’t have to be fighting a single day of your life- then what’s a better image then the sunset. Warm weather that might bug him in his costume. Watching the person he loves the most in life be kissed by the sunshine?

Perhaps a small jealousy he could delve in for once.

Something for his eyes only. Not for the other members. Outside the view of other humans and monsters. It’s just the two of them simply existing within nature.

If the MC did like part-time voice acting- I can only imagine the way some of the members might freak out at first.

Okay because like yes Pierrot does stalk? But does that extend to knowing what might be done during free time as well. Considering they don’t have any mobile devices. Seeing the set up is one thing but hearing it is another.

The emotions voice actors and singers can bring to their performances are insane.

Like I’m sure- well they’ve definitely heard the screams of humans in fear. Running for their life. There’s a difference though when hearing someone scream that’s more- defying. The troupe of hero’s going for their last stand. Even if it’s for playing a role.

I’m a softie for dance scenes but really just dancing the whole shift with Jestyn. Maybe even more, lose track of time. “It’s only been an hour” when it’s clearly been longer. When would it ever be appropriate for a Ruler to pull away from a formal dance after all. You have yet to dance with the other puppets, so you can’t leave. That would be cruel to their porcelain frames. 

And you think he’s going to share- perhaps for a little. Just until you tire for rest. Cleaning can wait, and watching cameras? What a silly device. Knighter can be the loyal watcher at the gate like an immovable fortress.

I love Jestyn’s dialogue but maybe that’s because I’m obsessed with that time period as well- and mostly cuz he sounds oddly poetic. Twisted. Yet poetic.

Expect some things for him..soon enough.

Especially the harder reality of ADHD. Like it’s just not that simple of the funny side of it. Like watching how much a human can struggle because they can learn so much but at the same time have little motivation for it.

Like he’s not prepared for that level of someone that is smart but their head is just a jungle of ideas that never make it onto paper.

I can see Doctor being curious about it all as well. Like you know the most obscure facts about a subject but forget to do the laundry and or the lack of motivation. Lowkey think he’d surprisingly be able to help with planning. Along with Ticket Taker.
