Doomed Paladin x Sentient Sword Incubus

I’ve been thinking about these characters and their dynamics for a while nao now -- picture, if you will, a paladin dispatched on a quest to recover a magical sword, a relic said to corrupt all of its bearers. His sacred creed is meant to stand as a shield against the thing’s ill influence, and yet when he finally reaches the blade, he discovers that the ‘sword’ is, in fact, an incubus imprisoned within it for far too many years… and its very, very bored.

I keep fiding myself (and friends) feeling bad about sharing progress or less "finished" pieces, and its been around my head to know what the audience think about that. I mean at some point i focused on upload only the most finished (or at least presentable) pieces publicly but it make me take step backs with so many ideas i want to share. Also pls reblog for a bigger sample!

About process:

I sent you a first sketch (within a week after the email request) and we can talk about any changes. The payment is made after that if you approve it, and we follow to the final art.

I do the commissions in order of request, the final piece will be delivered in about 4-5 weeks after the sketch, depending on its difficult to make. And also im currently still graduating and this is my part-time job, so delivery time might vary.

About alterations

Big alterations can be done at any sketch/lining/coloring phases, but as much we can figure everything out earlier better ;).

Small alterations up to 3 days after the final artwork.

my haunted armor oc before he died :3 I wasnt about to indulge making him a human design while I was working on the cover art but he... he so silly... i love him..

His death wasnt heroic at all, he's just quite airhead

In his afterlife he doesnt remember how and why he died - as all haunted knights...

He was actually really good at spear combat. Wouldnt die so young if he wasnt with his head in the clouds all the time

Heya!!! I had it made in a local print shop in my town, but im sure there are online options in case theres no supplier avaliable where you live :) I just took a moment today to properly upload the files to drive and patreon (free access). Also I changed a bit the "Zevlor" word effects because i didnt liked the yellow blur it had in the shirt - it messies a bit the reading imo. So! here are the links

Some instructions: there are PDF, JPG and PNG files for the front collage, 'cause some print shops may have preferences for a specific format amongst these three. The "exemple" file is just meant to be a thumbnail of how it will look with a dark background, dont use this one for printing (lacks quality). And the "back" file is the phrase for the upper back, its very optional, I just didnt wanted the back clean. and also i thought it would be funny. Anyways, have fun!
