High In Live Mode

Been working on something lately. 👀

I built what would basically be my dream large family home in The Sims 4. It’s the kind of house I always picture for a long-term save and then usually don’t feel like building.

I tried to keep it pretty playable, not too overdone but still detailed enough.

It’s 5 bed, 5 bath, but you could easily change some of the rooms depending on what you need.

Planning to upload my last two builds to the gallery today. I updated my game after the modpocalypse but I’m still a little nervous to open it 😭

I built a modern mansion for Del Sol Valley. I was trying to make something modern that still fit the world, and this was my first time using the glass wallpapers as windows, so I leaned into that pretty heavily.

Not on the gallery yet because I’m waiting out the modpocalypse before updating 😭 but it should be up in the next couple days 🤞

I wanted a small business lot for a musically motivated Sim, so I built a recording studio where they can run sessions while living next door.

One side of the lot is the recording studio with a control booth and recording room, and the other side is a small 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a pottery studio.

Built in San Sequoia, but this one fits into a lot of different worlds depending on the save you're playing.

I wanted it to feel like a realistic family home with a warm kitchen, open dining space, cozy living room, and rooms set up for a growing household.

Not just a builder… sometimes I open CAS and don’t leave for hours.

I planned on doing fully linked lookbooks, but with how my mods are organized that would honestly take forever. So I’m keeping this showcase style and answering WCIF when asked.

Bree treats sleep like a suggestion. She loves streetwear, dancing, flirting, and absolutely says “just one drink” before closing down the club. She leans toward men but chemistry wins.

Description A 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home inspired by a real house I found on Pinterest. I wanted it to feel modern but still warm, with a layout that works for gameplay instead of fighting it.

The main bedroom has a walkthrough closet that connects directly to the laundry room, which was such an interesting detail to recreate.

Two of the bedrooms are intentionally neutral and similar in layout so they can easily become kids’ rooms, teen rooms, offices, or stay as guest spaces.

Built to feel lived in but not overly cluttered, so it’s easy to make it your own.
