One of the first buildings I wanted to update in Brindleton Bay was the large yellow venue building. 🤮 While it fits the original world, I wanted something that better matched the realistic New England coastal style I'm creating.

This is part of my ongoing Brindleton Bay Override Project, and I'll continue releasing all of my overrides here on Patreon for free as I finish them.

Description A 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home inspired by a real house I found on Pinterest. I wanted it to feel modern but still warm, with a layout that works for gameplay instead of fighting it.

The main bedroom has a walkthrough closet that connects directly to the laundry room, which was such an interesting detail to recreate.

Two of the bedrooms are intentionally neutral and similar in layout so they can easily become kids’ rooms, teen rooms, offices, or stay as guest spaces.

Built to feel lived in but not overly cluttered, so it’s easy to make it your own.
